Costa Gennadi Villa.
Costa Gennadi Villa is the perfect place to stay in South Rhodes! It is only 230 meters away from the beach! It is a two-floor house and accommodates up to seven guests. Costa Gennadi Villa provides unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, the popular streaming service Netflix, and air conditioning in all areas. Costa Gennadi Villa is close to Prasonisi beach, which is a very popular beach for surfing!
There are three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, one large bathroom, and a half bathroom. There is one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor with a huge balcony. All bedrooms have a nightstand, a large wardrobe with bed sheets and towels, and an air-conditioner. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and is open to the dining and living room. The living room has a large and comfortable couch that can turn into a bed, a coffee table, and a 50 inch 4k Smart TV. Costa Gennadi Villa has five private parking spots.
The front side of the villa has a view of the sea and the back side has a beautiful view of the mountain and olive trees! Our guests can barbecue in the villa’s special stone-built barbecue. There are also large balconies where our guests can enjoy their meals and view both sides!!! Costa Gennadi Villa provides an outdoor shower head and sunbeds with an umbrella.
The outer stone walls of the villa are from Empona village and are made from chisel stones. The villa’s outer floor is made from Karystos slates who have three different colors and give a unique color combination with the outer stone walls.
The Costa Gennadi Villa gives the highest priority to the quality of cleanliness and health protection of its guests. For the best cleanliness and health protection of our guests, we have decided that we will disinfect the villa after every departure and it will be closed for at least 48 hours until the next arrival. Also, we will provide hand sanitizer, antibacterial hand-soap, antibacterial dish soap and disinfect wipes to our guests without any charge.
