We loved the townhouse.

We loved the townhouse. The proximity to vail mountain, the Nordic center across the street, the proximity to the shuttle, the gourmet kitchen, steam shower in master bathroom, TVs in bedrooms for everyone’s viewing, the various sitting areas was perfect for our large group! So many beautiful details!!! Can’t say enough about the staff - prompt response to all of our questions. And we had many! ??

Wonderful townhouse and location!

We came to ski Vail and Beaver Creek as an extended with 4 kids, 3 adults and 2 grandparents. The house was spacious and comfortable. Location is PHENOMENAL. Quick drive to the mountain bases. Or if you don’t want to pay for parking, the bus stop is literally across the street. The bus is easy and very convenient. The host and managing company were very responsive and accommodating. Heated garage is an awesome! Helped keep the house clean from skiing mess and dirt. Ample parking, even with snow piled up. Overall, we had an amazing time and are so thankful for the great stay!

Great BIG townhouse in a GREAT location

If your group needs the 5th bedroom (attic), then those people using it can only access it using an upright ladder. This special access is not made clear in the owner's listing. Otherwise we had fancy appliances in a large kitchen, super comfy beds, a steam shower, everything worked and everything was kind of perfect except for access to the 5th bedroom.

Beautiful well appointed home in a convenient location to Vail Transit

Our group of 7 middle-aged dudes really loved this property. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is amazing. You can tell the owner cares about their home. One observation is the 5th Bedroom (2 Queen loft). It is only accessible by a completely vertical ladder in a narrow shaft and ten feet up. If you have teenage kids with you - they will fight over who gets to sleep in the loft. But for our group of seven 50+ aged men, nobody wanted to sleep in it for fear of a mishap during nocturnal trips to the bathroom. This nuance of the 5th bedroom was not explained in the listing and was a big problem for us. The management company for this property, RENTVail was excellent. Their communication and responsiveness couldn’t have been better. Outside of the Queen loft issue, this was one of the best VRBO experiences I have had.

The two things I would suggest to the owners of the property would to install either towel bars or hooks in the master bathroom. There was not one spot to hang any towels. Also, each of the other full baths had very limited towel bars/hooks. Finally, since there is no A/C I would suggest either installing ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms or offer a portable fan in each bathroom. Overall, we loved the unit it was very well appointed and maintained. We hope to be back.

What an Amazing Property! The property is located right off the vail golf course, steps from the bus that takes you to the mountain. In the morning, we put our boots on in the heated garage (Warm boots!), and then walked 50ft to the bus which dropped us at the mountain. The townhouse has a great layout, and you can tell that the entire property was recently upgraded throughout. We all noticed quickly how comfortable the beds were. One of the best features we really enjoyed was the gourmet kitchen, with high end appliances and cookware (We ended up cooking dinner two nights after long days on the mountain). We also really enjoyed the fireplace, as well as the large tv and surround sound. The other feature we really enjoyed after skiing was the steam shower. We will definitely be back to Vail and will stay here on our next visit! The staff was great, the booking process was very easy and will be booking this property again

Excellent Location

The only negative was the loft. We were not able to use. The narrow hatch and ladder was impossible for an adult to use. It looked liked it had not been cleaned for weeks as I am guessing that the cleaning staff can not make that climb with their cleaning tools.

This condo was fantastic. Lots of room. Great Kitchen and Indoor Grill.

Had a great stay here. We only had 5 people, but would easily feel comfortable with 10. After a couple of days it felt like home. Bus stop to town was right out front of the condo. Heated garage setup perfectly for skiers with ski racks and boot warmers. We have zero complaints about this property. Will definitely book this place again next year. If you are planing to use the two beds in the loft, note that you have to climb a ladder to get there. Kids would love it.

Great Kitchen and batroons - all recently renovated. Minor flaw: utensiles could be replaced by newer as there are many 2-3 items of each model, specially drinking glasses. Cleaning people should get rid of "past due" items left in one of the refrigerators.
