For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing room with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater.

Has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a large walk in slate-stone shower.
Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the small 4th Bedroom/Den which has a Twin Trundle Bed that sleeps 2.
This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.

It is very important for us to be surrounded by the same first class amenities in our home that Vail is so famous for. Our home has a lot to offer to a discriminating renter who expects everything to be top end. When choosing a home the view was one of the most important things to us, and this home has it! In the morning you get to see the sunrise over the ski mountain as you sip your coffee. In the afternoon see the skiers come down for their last run of the day while enjoying your favorite apre-skiing beverage in the family room, or from our private hot tub located on the deck.
