Cozy house Ouddorp near beach

Delightful holiday home at 10 minutes walk from the beach with various beach clubs and play equipment for children. Sheltered sunny garden. Shops, restaurants e. d on cycling distance. Playground at 5 min walk.

10 minutes laufen zum Strand. Garten auf Sonnenseite. In the restaurant, dorf und Supermarket. (Auto or Fahrrad) Spielplatz 5 minutes laufen.
Bedrooms.

The cottage has three bedrooms. Two of them are upstairs with two beds each. The third is on the ground floor with a single bed that can be extended to a double bed. The room is then full. In the living room there is a sofa bed (1.40) All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows (for 6 people total). You must bring your own linen. (all mattresses and comforters are 1 person, except 1 mattress upstairs that is double)

Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei mit zwei Better und ein mit ein Bett das dekkers becomes competent. Decke und Kissen sind da für 6. Bettwasche bit mitbringen. All Decke und matratzen sind single auBerdem 1 Matratz that doppelt ist.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Above a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Hair dryer, Shampoo, toilet paper e. d. Is present. There are no towels.

2 Badezimmer. Eins with Bad and eins mit Dusche. Handtucher selbst mitbringen bitte.

kitchen
In the kitchen is an oven and dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, blender and of course plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. Tea towels, dishcloths and towels please bring your own.

Kuche
Here gibt's ein Geschirrspuler, ofen, Kuhlschrank, kaffeemaschine, mixer, geschirr, Glaser ... Geschirrtuch mitbringen bitte.

Living room and dining room
Here are the sofa bed and the TV is hanging. The TV is connected to kpn and wifi is free in the house.. There is a spacious wooden dining table with 8 chairs. There are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. There is an extra seating area in the conservatory with a nice couch. The conservatory has underfloor heating. There is also central heating.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt's sofa bed, Tisch fur 8 people, wifi and TV, and a breakfast bar with 4 Krucken. Einextra Bank im conservatory.

The garden
Here is a teak table for 4 people a spacious lounge set (pillows are inside the garden house) There is also a fatboy hammock in the garden house. In the shed in front of the house there is also a bollard cart to take to the beach. There is a lock. Please use this if you have to leave the hand cart somewhere. There is also a bbq, parasol and play stuff. Please put everything back clean after use.

Im Garten steht einen Tisch mit 4 Stuhle (extra Stuhle neben das Haus). Es gibt a lounge set, bbq. Bitte wieder sauber wiederherstellen.

Little children
Next to the bollard cart, which is handy to take stuff for children to the beach, we also have a travel cot, plastic crockery and 1 high IKEA high chair for the little ones. Games and books can be found in the cabinet under the TV and in the box in the conservatory.

Für kleine Kinder gibt es 1 Hochstuhle, children KinderTravelBett, Plastik Geschirr and games in the Kiste im Wintergarten.

Bikes for rent at park next door.

Everything in and around the house is for personal use. There is a private closet downstairs in the bedroom. Do not use this stuff. This also applies to stock under the stairs.
