About this property

Cottage on bungalow park Het Oude Nieuwland, located 10 minutes walk from the wide Ouddorp beach and near the nature reserves of Ouddorp. Even during high season, the park breathes an oasis of calm.
A pleasant place for walkers, beach worshipers, windsurfers, kyters and nature lovers. Natural fence provides a garden with lots of privacy. There is plenty of green around the house.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. There is a spacious shower.
Our cottage is clean and fresh.

Kleine feine Ferienbungalow in Strandnähe.

Eine kleiner aber feiner Ferienbungalow in einer Bungalowsiedlung. Etwas Fußmarsch zum Strand aber die Lage ist hinter dem Deich ist schön. Die Lage in der Siedlung ist sehr ruhig. Eine Mikrowelle und Toaster oder ggfs Ofen wäre schön gewesen. Der kleine Garten mit TischStuhl Kombi und das Trampolin für die Kids waren toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt (auch in Umgebung Ouddorp) sehr genossen und können dies mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 Jahre und 1 Jahr alt) einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Häusschen hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Bungalowpark hat uns im Vergleich mit anderen Parks nicht so gut gefallen und pro Tag muss man 1,50 € zusätzlich einrechnen weil man sonst gar nicht auf dem Gelände parken kann. Das hat dem Häuschen aber nichts abgetan. Die Vermieterin war auch super nett in der Kommunikation. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß 20 min. Wir sind meistens mit den Fahrrädern gefahren. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles in einem ganz ok.

Das Häuschen ist ziemlich klein sehr hellhörig und minimalistisch eingerichtet ohne Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Absolut sauber und gut gelegen in einem versteckten Winkel der Ferienhaussiedlung. Das kleine Grundstück ist von allen Seiten sichtgeschützt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 800m. Und dann noch ca. 500 zum Meer: bei Ebbe läuft man durch eine atemberaubende Wüstenlandschaft. Der Strand ist riesig und sandig, sehr gut geeignet für Kleinkinder dank Spielplatz, Sandbänken und vielen seichen Stellen - bei Ebbe. Bei Flut hingegen kommt das Wasser um mehrere hundert Meter näher an die Dünnen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir hatte eine wunderschöne Woche in Ouddorp. Das Ferienhaus ist günstig gelegen in einer schönen ruhigen Anlage mit 2 Spielplätzen. Wir haben mit Kindern ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand gebraucht. Wicgrig wäre zu erwähnen, dass es sich bei der Kaffeemaschine um eine ganz klassische Filtermaschiene handelt und, dass das Doppelbett 140 cm breit ist und nur eine Matratze hat. Dazu gehören zwei Doppelbettdecken. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass der Garten von keiner Seite einsehbar ist, so hat man zu jeder Zeit seien Ruhe. Wir können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt hier gut vorstellen.

Eigener Garten mit Terrasse, ruhig und strandnah

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohnpark am hinteren Ende, es ist sehr schön ruhig und der Garten mit Trampolin (mit Netz) ist nicht einsehbar, so dass man sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen kann. Der Park selbst hat ein kleines Snack Restaurant was ab nachmittags auf hat. Man ist fast direkt am Strand. Wifi muss man im Park extra bezahlen. Leider wird es im Elternschlafzimmer sehr früh hell da es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge gibt. Einen Backofen oder Toaster gibt es leider nicht. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden in der Unterkunft und es hat uns gut gefallen.
