About this property

In the heart of the Périgord Noir at the gates of Sarlat

We offer you a holiday rental in a 3 room duplex apartment, comfortable, very pleasant, on 4 hectares of greenery in Dordogne Périgord, at the gates of Sarlat. The cottage can accommodate 5 people. From here, discover the 'valley of man' and its 1001 castles.
Very comfortable apartment with terrace and all equipment
kitchen and washing machine. In common: swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of September) of 7m x 14m, with 2 paddling pools, barbecue, tennis, volleyball, games and pond (500m away).
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small mezzanine equipped with 1 bed, a living room, a bathroom with shower, sink and WC, a 15m² terrace and a kitchen area equipped with, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a 7kg washing machine, a kettle and an electric coffee maker. We also provide a bagless vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse.
Access to television and internet are included in the rental price.
For their relaxation, we leave 2 sets of bowls (OBUT brand triplet) available to tenants.

Unsaubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung war extrem unsauber und es gab Mäuse in der Wohnung. Das Bettzeug war nicht zu benutzen, absolut ekelhaft verdreckt. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unser eigenes Bettzeug dabei. Nur der Herd und der Kühlschrank waren sauber. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, auch das Besteck mussten wir alles erstmal spülen, um es benutzen zu können. Der Gasherd funktionierte nicht. Konnte nur mit Hilfe eines Nachbarn in Gang gesetzt werden.

Location et extérieur mediocre

Beaucoup trop de promiscuité. Bruyant. Logement correct mais travaux de rafraîchissement à refaire. Pas de climatisation et chambre enfant sous les toits impossible de dormir quand il fait chaud. Beaucoup trop de monde à la piscine. Annonce moyennement conforme avec les photos tennis piscine. Rapport qualité prix tout à fait médiocre. A ne pas recommander à des personnes qui souhaite le calme et le repos ainsi que de l'intimité.
