This beautiful holiday home is located in Ribaute in the heart of the Corbières.
You will be won over by its character, with its stone walls, its exposed beams and its tiled floor, nicely decorated and renovated, it comprises, on the ground floor, a large living space on open kitchen which gives direct access to the gardens.
You will have a swimming pool, above ground level with the natural ground, the swimming pool is maintained with salt and heated.
The house is equipped with two separate air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other upstairs in the central space which serves and refreshes the bedrooms.
A laundry area with a toilet is located in a pantry adjoining the kitchen (not communicating).
Upstairs 3 nicely decorated bedrooms with new bedding offer 6 adult beds, an office adjoining one of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot (not provided)
An independent shower room equipped with WC and a 2nd bathroom communicating with one of the bedrooms complete the sleeping area.
You will have lunch on the south-facing terrace, under the centenary olive tree, which will provide you with freshness and shade
In the evening, the north-facing terrace offers a breathtaking view of the L’Obrieu valley and the Alaric mountain.
The garden overlooks the Orbieu river valley, you have direct access to the river and its magnificent natural body of water, a popular natural swimming spot in the region.
Ribaute is located halfway between the beautiful cities of Narbonne (to the east) and Carcassonne (to the west).
