De tres bons souvenirs

Appartement spacieux et tres fonctionnelle pour une petite famille. Tres bien situe vs le chateau, 5 min de marche. Accès facile en voiture avec grand garage au rez de chausse. Petite épicerie et resto sur la rue. Le seul bemol serait l’absence de clim en cas de forte chaleur.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! L'appartement est spacieux, idéalement placé au pied de le cité et de la Bastide. La petite terrasse est un vrai atout, elle est à l'ombre le soir ce qui est très agréable quand il fait très chaud. L'hôte répond facilement à nos questionnements.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour en famille pour visiter Carcassonne nous avons passé un très séjour. La maison est grande tout est à disposition. La situation géographique permet de se rendre en quelques minutes à la citee avec une vue partielle sur le château la nuit. Un immense garage permet de se garer sans problème.

La Belle Équipe à Carcassonne

Quel bonheur d'avoir une location aussi proche des remparts de Carcassonne. La rue où nous logions était aussi animée par les restaurants et bien décorée L'appartement est très confortable et nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas dans le patio. Si nous revenons jouer notre nouvelle pièce de théâtre à Carcassonne nous louerons ce logement superbement équipés. Les comédiens de la troupe la Belle Équipe de Paris vous remercie

Super gîte, emplacement parfait

Séjour très agréable au pied de la Cité, entre autre grâce au gîte tout confort très bien situé, depuis lequel tout peut se faire à pied (5 mn de la Cité et 10 mn du centre ville ainsi que des très belles randonnée -ex Lastours- ou découvertes -ex Gouffre de Cabrespine, grotte Limousis ou vieux village comme Minerve, Lagrasse ou Villerouge Termenec-dans un rayon de moins d'une heure en voiture). Gîte très propre avec tout le confort, le + est une place de parking privée au pied devant la maison. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et avenant. Nous recommandons vivement et si possible nous reviendrons.

Appartement très bien situé entre la bastide St Louis et la ville fortifiée. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Equipement de l'appartement plus que complet. Il y a vraiment tous ce qu'il faut et même plus. Nous le recommandons fortement. Quand nous retournerons à Carcassonne, le choix est déjà fait !

Emplacment idéal

Gite super bien équipé. Nous sommes 2 adultes et 3 enfants et, habituellement, il faut prévoir pour notre 3e. Là, chacun son lit dans la seconde chambre. Notre fils était trop content! Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Cité. A 5 minutes à pied. Mais super calme malgré tout car rue en sens unique et les chambres sont coté cours. En plus, emplacement de parking réservé plus qu'appréciable. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable au vue des prestations

Schöne Wohnung für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit dder Familie

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen - direkt unterhalb der Festung in Carcassonne, wenige Minuten Fussweg zum Eingang. In die Neustadt, über die schöne alte Brücke, ist es vielleicht 10 Minuten Fussweg, mit schöner Frontalsicht auf die Festung. Die Wohnung hat einen eigene Parkplatz, also kein Stress bei der Suche in den engen Strassen. Die Vermittlung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung wurde sauber übergeben und ist für unsere Zwecke (Familie mit 2 Kindern im Teenager-Alter) vollkommen angemessen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und einige grundlegenden Lebensmittel (Zucker, Salz, Öl, Kaffeefilter etc.) waren auch da. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig. Die Terrasse könnte sonniger sein, aber in südlichen Ländern legt man offenbar mehr Wert auf Schatten und Kühle in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können ihn und seine Wohnung empfehlen.

Great Flat Great Location

Well what can I say, the flat is great. You have everything you need and it is well maintained; it is also bigger than it looks in the photo. The location is perfect, you are just around the corner from the old town and slightly down the road the other way every other shop is a café, restaurant or bar. There is also a small shop where you can buy all the essentials. You also get off street parking which in Carcassonne is like gold dust. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Un excellent séjour à Carcassonne, logement très bien situé, au pied de la citadelle, avec de nombreux petits restos sympas dans la rue. Super Lage, schöne Küche, sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Einfache, aber sehr zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung. Sowohl in die Cité als auch in die Stadt kommt man bequem zu Fuß. Die Parkmöglichkeit für einen PKW direkt vor dem Haus ist ebenso sehr komfortabel. Kleinere technische Probleme in der Wohnung wurden prompt und zuvorkommend angegangen. Da wir gern mit regionalen Produkten kochen, wäre eine Spülmaschine praktisch gewesen. Die funktionierte aber leider nicht und konnte während des zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht repariert wrden.
