I'm Joy, I'm a Filipino from Cebu, but now I live in the UK. I bought this condo for me to enjoy every time I return to Cebu on holiday. I've had it fitted to a very high standard and I hope you will enjoy it and treasure it as much as I do. I love talking by phone or message to our guests. Many guests return again and again, and that's great.
My philosophy has been to create an apartment where you can 'live', not just 'stay'. It's a philosophy that ensures sufficient space and high-quality storage that means nobody should ever be expected to live "out of a suitcase". It's a 'home' and not a 'lodging'!! It's primary aim is 'your comfort', not 'my convenience'. Bedrooms are for beds and the lounge is for relaxing. This is as it should be and how you would ideally want it.

Why they chose this property
It's a new building called Horizons 101and a new apartment with everything sparkling new. The complex has been built by Taft Development Corp, a very well established company developing the finest housing communities for many young professionals, entrepreneurs, families and retirees since 1997.
So why is it called Horizons 101? Well, it's the tallest building in the city with a total of 101 floors in the two buildings.
There is a 24 hour reception desk and permanent security. Being on the 37th floor means you are at distance from the noises of the city. Being on the south-western corner means you have views in two directions, one out to sea, and the other view towards Fuente. And for added advantage, the apartment is on the opposite side from the other Horizon's building so your view is totally unimpeded.
