Located on the high floor of a fashionable luxury condominium in Mactan New Town, about a 20-minute drive from Cebu Mactan Airport.

Clean, sunny, airy, nice view and cozy room.
The private bedroom has a queen-size bed, the living room has a dining table for 4 people, a 2-seat sofa, a TV, and the kitchen has a large refrigerator and microwave, as well as the necessary cooking utensils.It has a bathroom with separate bath and toilet, and a washing machine with dryer.

Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning.
Towels, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, iron etc. are available.

Free use of comfortable pool, gym, bouldering and tennis court.Within walking distance are a 24-hour delicious food court, cheap massage NUAT THAI, supermarket, Japanese restaurant, convenience store, drugstore, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.
It also has access to the Mactan New Town private beach.

Taxi stops on the road in front of the condo, so you can easily get anywhere.

Lapu Lapu Staycation

Check in was quick and seemless although I hadn’t received my entry code but the caretaker took care of us. The kitchen was very adequate, Wi-Fi worked fine. The bedroom, living room and dining rooms were excellent. The only issue we had was the bathroom was very small, needs to have a towel rack and the shower water pressure was extremely weak. All in all it was a very pleasant stay there
