Set on a building themed around cinema and the San Sebastian Film Festival, the apartment is located in the first floor of a modern building with large elevators. The building is set in the former Astoria Cinema, by the river Urumea.



The apartment highlights for its large living room with a dining area. From the living room guests can access a nice balcony which faces Avenida Sancho el Sabio. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. The two bedrooms in the apartment feature two single beds each. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Both bathrooms are very nice; the first bathroom has a wonderful bathtub while the second bathroom features a nice shower.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and pretty well stocked. Location was good, about a 10 min walk to center of town, however there are plenty of markets and bakery’s a minute away. We would stay again.

Spacious and elegant. Close to everything and other residents in the complex friendly and welcoming. Great local grocery shops. Close to the station (bus and rail) and easy flat walking to the main sites.

Lovely apartment and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is conveniently located outside the old town and a quick bus ride or walk to get to there. The apartment is very well kept with all the comforts of home.
