The apartment is a magnificent 220 square metres large, with capacity for up to 8 people. Its contemporary, elegant and sophisticated decor faithfully brings together and reflects its surrounding environment: the city's flagship colours (white and blue), the reflection of the sky, the waves and sand... The flat is also well-equipped with high-end features guaranteeing you to feel at home from the moment you get there.



This house offers you: four double bedrooms (all with their own heating and air conditioning), three complete bathrooms, a toilet, laundry area (washing machine and dryer), a large kitchen-dining room with capacity for 8 people leading to a large outside terrace. Its spacious living-dining room boasts huge windows that open onto the sea. On the terrace you will feel La Concha beach literally at your feet. This set up results in an extremely comfortable and functional apartment. Premium amenities include WiFi, towels, bedding, and luxury amenities.



The apartment is on the second floor of a unique building, which has seven floors in total and a lift from the ground floor.

Amazing views, great location and close to everything

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment with spectacular views of La Concha beach - the photos were not lying!Both Javier and Nathaly were very responsive and greeted us warmly at check-in and answered every question and request that we had seamlessly.Our family enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the close proximity to Old Town for some great pintxos.Will certainly stay here again for our large group - eight adults on 4 rooms. We spent a lot of time in the living room together and the balcony with great beachviews!

Location is amazing and views can’t be beat. Walkable to old town and amazing restaurants. Checkin was easy and check out was too (no to do lists). We had two families that included three kids, there were plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone.

Can't beat when you get both a great location and someone who is managing the property who is as professional, kind and helpful as one could desire. Amyar was the manager who checked me in and provided continuous support via text and phone for anything that came up, even unrelated to the property!
