About this property

Ritschhof - Walnut apartment

our recently renovated farmhouse dates back to the 14th century and is located at the entrance to Val Gardena. At our farm we grow blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and currants, which you can taste fresh from the harvest. We are 4 km from Ortisei where you have direct access to the ski lifts of the Dolomiti Superski, the Sellaronda, the Alpe di Siusi and in summer to the huge hiking area of the Dolomites.

Walnut Apartment: consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom (1 bed), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and oven, balcony and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Entrance on the ground floor.

Beautiful modernized country house

The apartment is adjacent to the owners house with it's own entrance and parking space. The interior looked newly remodeled with all the modern equipment. The entire place is tastefully decorated. The surrounding is beautiful. However, it would have been nicer if the kitchen was stocked with paper towels and cleaning sponges. We had to find a store to buy those supplies after checking in. Another issue (not the owners fault) was with VRBO app's driving directions. It was not accurate and took us to the wrong location. The same thing happened with our other VRBO on this trip too. I hope they will improve it in the future. It was very difficult in a rural area of a foreign country without a good GPS.

The host family was very friendly and welcoming and the view from our backyard and balcony was incredible. We were reasonably close to all the attractions we wanted to visit in the Dolomites. I would highly recommend this beautiful spot to experience the Dolomites.

Gastfreundlich, sauber, modern mit toller Lage im Grödnertal

Die ruhige Lage zwischen den kleinen Ortschaften St. Peter und St. Peter im Tal war für uns perfekt für Ausflüge sowohl in die Dolomiten als auch Richtung Bozen/Brixen etc. Man ist schnell im Eisacktal oder auch im oberen Grödnertal. Vom < 10 Autominuten entfernten, sehr touristischen St. Ulrich ist man mit der Seilbahn (Betrieb ca. ab Mitte Mai) zügig auf der wunderschönen Seiser Alm, die zu Gipfelblicken und zum Wandern einlädt.

Top Ferienwohnung. lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Küche Top, Bad sehr schön, Schlaf-und Kinderzimmer Bitten OK. Wohnbereich gemütlich. Die Wirtin sehr sehr nett. Schrippenservice war angenehm. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Einfach perfekt! - Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns bei Carmen fast wie zuhause gefühlt! Nach einem herzlichen Empfang wurde uns die wirklich geräumige Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles zu bieten, was benötigt wird. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie hat den Aufenthalt zu einem perfekten Urlaub abgerundet! Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
