The 45 m² "Schlern" apartment is located on Heiglerhof, a working dairy farm, 4.5 km from Steinegg/Karneid (South Tyrol). It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone seeking a relaxing farm holiday at any time of year. Cows, calves, chickens, and cats ensure an authentic farm experience. Situated on the second floor, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for 1 person, plus another sofa bed for 2 in the open-plan kitchen-living area. The kitchen comes with an oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Enjoy stunning Dolomite views from the balcony.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 pm. Bed linen and towels are included for your stay; extra changes are available for an additional fee. The spacious outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. There’s a covered bike storage area and a heated room for ski equipment. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for a fee.



The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots. The ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are 25–30 minutes away. Steinegg has two small grocery stores for daily needs. Bolzano is about a 30-minute drive. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.

Unforgettable place and time.

Such a lovely hard working couple and family. Amazing wood working and detail inside and out. We were on top of the world literally. One morning a complete rainbow over the valley and the mountaintops had a fresh dusting of snow. Good restaurants nearby and plenty of fresh farm good to choose from if you like. Highly recommend this out of the way place.

Super Lage mit einem unfassbaren Blick auf den Rosengarten & Schlern

Pros: Sogar von der Sauna aus kann man den super Blick auf den im Sonnenuntergang farblich wechselnden Rosengarten und Schlern werfen. Die Lage ist super und mit der im Preis enthaltenen Busfahrkarte kann man problemlos überall hin mit dem Bus fahren. Die Gastfreundschaft war super und man konnte sogar Brötchen, Croissant und Eier fürs Frühstück bestellen. Getränke wurden auch ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!
