Very nice apartment. Great location - less than block to a very nice beach. One block walk to the tram. Wonderful balcony. Took the Tram all the way to Denia and back one day. A very pleasant way to see the countryside, different towns and various architecture. We had a great lunch Harborside in Denia. Alvaro, our host was very gracious and pleasant. We recommend this place! Thank you Alvaro 😊

La situación del apartamento está muy bien, muy cerca de la playa,es un piso renovado y esta bien, para nuestro plan muy adecuado.
El tranvía pasa por el paseo marítimo, hacia un lado Alicante y hacia el otro Benidorm. En frente de la urbanización esta el restaurante Las Lanzas, donde dan desayunos y carta. Contentas,
