About this property

3 bedroom apartment 1st line with swimming pool and parking

Our apartment is a penthouse facing the beach of El Campello, all exterior, with sea views, on the 4th floor without elevator. The residence is located on the beachfront.

It has 3 double bedrooms (one with a balcony overlooking the pool and the beach), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.), a living-dining room with terrace overlooking the sea, a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Our apartment has a complete residence with closed parking (unnumbered space) and a swimming pool open from May to October inclusive.

You will find all the shops nearby (market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, Lidl, Consum, Mercadona, restaurants, ...).

Nearby is the tram stop "El Campello" or "Pla Barraquers", which serves lines L1 and L3. There is also a bus stop at the foot of the residence (bus stop "Sant Bartolomeu 5 or 10") with bus line 21.

We are Agnès and Xavi, a French-Spanish couple and we will be at the apartment to welcome you, give you the keys and help you if necessary during your stay.

Electricity consumption is not included from December to March inclusive and with monthly rates.

For stays equal to or less than 10 days, the rental will be considered as Tourist Accommodation - Tourist Contract (According to Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2 and Law 15/2018, of June 7 of the GVA Council).
For stays of more than 10 days, the rental will be considered a seasonal rental - Seasonal contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).

Please note that, according to local regulations, for any rental, a tourist or seasonal rental contract will be drawn up and signed upon arrival.

For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers. This data will be requested a few days before arrival.

Wonderful trip

This was our second holiday in this fantastic apartment. It is in a great location by the beach and restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Agnes was a great host.

An Excellent Apartment

arrived late after 5 hour delay at airport but no problem Agnes understood and her husband was there to meet us Property as described and good value for money. Some out of date food and toiletries left from previous people which perhaps should have been cleared when cleaning in view of covid.No smoke or carbon monoxide alarms or fire extinguishers. Contract online was in french so hadnt realised that there was a charge for electricity until we arrived In spite of this we had a good time

Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut in Schuss, alles hat funktioniert. Der Strand ist direkt hinter der Wohnanlage und sehr schön, perfekt zum Schwimmen, Kajak oder SUP (beides gibt es ganz in der Nähe zum Ausleihen). Weniger zum Windsurfen. Wir möchten lieber heute als morgen wiederkommen!

Our 2nd stay in El Campello apartment

We've just returned from our 2nd stay in this apartment,we stayed for 3weeks last September and again 3 weeks this September. And like last year,nothing disappointed us! The apartment was spotless,had all the necessary items required for a 3 week stay-in the kitchen,comfortable beds,bed linen and towels,good laundry facilities and excellent communication with the owner Agnes too. The closeness to the beach,bars and restaurants is not exaggerated,just outside your door. We used a lovely little coffee shop across the road called Miguel Perez,which was just on our short walk to Lidl(shopping trolley also in apartment). We hope to return again soon😎

Omistaja on aivan ihana. Kaikki paikat olit siivottu. Talvella on asunno kylmä, on mahdollista gaasulla lämmittää, mutta lyhyt aika pysy lämpimänä. Makuuhuone parveke oven vieressä oli vähän hometta ja muutenkin asunno sisällä oli kosteutta paljon. Mutta uskon että kesän aikana on aivan ihana paikka. Meillä oli vaan huono sää loman aikana.

First El Campello stay

Our first stay in El Campello,and we had 3 great weeks and will very definitely return to the apartment!! Met Agnes outside apartment, and she was extremely helpful and friendly,and good communication through WhatsApp. The apartment was great-spotless,comfortable, had everything catered -the kitchen had all utensils needed,utility area, very comfortable sofa,beds very comfortable-important for our 3 week stay. 2 balconies looking out to the sea,only negative, they only get early morning sun,but with beach a minute away, didn't miss it at all. The promenade with bars and restaurants just at entrance to apartment block Very close to amenities-both Lidl and Mercadona, good transport links with the tram from Alicante, we did not have a car,but didn't need one. Already planning when we will return. Thanks again Agnes 😎

Tout est parfait dans cette location, parfaitement équipée, on se sent chez soit de suite , d une propreté irréprochable, la situation est parfaite (tout peut se faire à pieds) et la vue des 2 terrasses sur la mer est magnifique, de plus la propriétaire est d une gentillesse rare. Family reunion in Campello

The property was amazing. It was a great location on the beach with views of the sea from the balcony and the noise of the sea coming in the windows. We have been visiting Campello for 20 years and love it. I would highly recommend it as a holiday location and this apartment.

It was beautiful in the Apartment it is directly at the beach and you can sit on the balcony and look to the beach. It was perfect for us and we even did not want to go home at the end of the week.

Très bon séjour, accueil excellent , l'appartement est super et très propre, équipement qualitatif. Idéal pour ne plus toucher la voiture si l'objectif est le repos. Tous commerces à proximité. La plage est à 2 pas. Piscine bien entretenue. Agnès est une personne très sympa et très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Peut être à préciser dans l'annonce 4éme étage sans ascenseur . Wonderful stay

We have greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Its clean and cosy, close to all amenities (shops, supermarkets, cafes). The beach is just in front of the apartment, there are several playgrounds for children in the area, and Alicante is just 20 min away by tram. Agnes is a great and reliable host. She greeted us at the arrival and accomodated our needs (potty, baby cot, taxi). If we had to return to this region, we would choose the apartment again! Highly recommend.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Der Zustand der Wohnung war sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Die Betten waren z. T. erneuerungsbedürftig. Der relativ günstige Preis ist sicherlich der Tatsache geschuldet, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war bei der Lage des Apartments im 4. Stock. Das war uns aber vorher bekannt. Was allerdings erst bei der Buchung offengelegt wurde, waren extra Kosten für Bettwäsche/Handtücher (Geschirrhandtücher fehlten) sowie Endreinigung. Der Baulärm vor dem Haus war für uns nicht so störend, da wir meist außer Haus waren. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Strand war wie beabsichtigt sehr schön. Die Vermieter - Angnès Brazier und ihr Mann - waren sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die wir insbesondere aufgrund des Mietpreises weiterempfehlen können.

Fin lägenhet med perfekt läge vid stranden. Rent och fräscht. Nära till matbutiker och restauranger. Agnes som hyr ut lägenheten är en toppentjej som bland annat ordnade med taxi till och från flygplatsen. Åker gärna dit igen.

Lovely Apartment with Views of the Beach!

Just got back from 7 nights staying at this apartment. Agnes were very helpful and couldn't be more helpful, a great person! Nothing were too much trouble even arranged taxis to pick us from Airport. The apartment were immaculate condition and had everything you required. Very clean and right on the beach. Excellent comfy beds, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. A couple of things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been English T.V (Only French and Spanish) and being on a lower floor (72 steps - 5th Floor), however we didn't spend much time in the apartment to watch T.V and the stairs kept me fit ! We are going back again next year as it offered good value for money. Would recommend.

Excellent séjour à El Campello chez Mme Brazier

L'appartement de Mme Brazier est tout simplement bien équipé et propre. Nous nous sentons chez nous dès l'arrivée. La petite ville de El Campello est charmante. Donc ,n'hésitons pas ,en hiver et malgré l'absence d'ascenseur,à louer chez cette proprio très chaleureuse.

Härlig lägenhet med fantastiskt läge

Vi hyrde lägenheten hela november och hade bra väder nästan hela tiden. Lägenheten var nyrenoverad och jättefin, utsikten från balkongerna över havet blev man aldrig trött på. Närheten till affärer och restauranger var mycket bra och den nära nog bilfria strandpromenaden var härlig. Kommer gärna tillbaka och vill också tacka Agnez för fint mottagande. Monica och Bo Edh
