Cosy flat, 50 metres from the beach of Alcudia in second line of the beach. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! First floor without lift, it has two bedrooms, the double bedroom has ceiling fan and air conditioning and the twin bedroom has ceiling fan, complete bathroom with shower, living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, gas cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer.There is communal wifi (shared with the building).

Puerto de Alcúdia has a great variety of restaurants and bars, ease of leisure options.Cozy apartment just 50 meters from the Alcúdia beach. Perfect for families with young children.It has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, juicer, mixer, toaster, washer and dryer. Living room - dining room with satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning with access to the terrace. From the terrace you have sea views.
Newly renovated bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a ceiling fan and a single room with two beds with a ceiling fan. Easy parking. Next to the building there is a sandy playground.

Great location

The apartment is wonderful, very clean, close to the beach, and spacious. Location is great, lots of restaurants, bars, supermarket etc.

Great Place to Stay!

Very nice, clean apartment, and the hosts are great--very helpful and responsive! We loved having a kitchen so we could fix most of our own meals. (There wasn't much in the way of restaurants in the neighborhood.) The apartment had great accessibility to the beach, to the bus stand, and to grocery stores.

Très déçu de notre séjour. Cuisine : casier intérieur porte frigo cassé, cuisinière à Gaz dangereuse un ou deux boutons d’allumage défectueux, matériel de cuisine très sommaire … Salle de bain peu confortable pas de porte-manteau pour suspendre les vêtements … fuite d’eau importante, nos trousses à toilettes détériorées…. Quartier très bruyant. L’appartement ne correspond pas à l’annonce ….

Bonjour à tous Nous apprécions vraiment tous vos commentaires et nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience dans la maison n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré était une fuite d'eau, très grave, et en moins d'une heure, Xisco et le propriétaire étaient là, évacuant l'eau et résolvant le problème. Nous n'avons eu aucune trace de votre part. L'appartement est clairement visible dans les photos que c'est un appartement simple, correct mais avec de nombreux équipements, tels que l'air conditionné dans la chambre et le salon, Wifi gratuit, cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso, grille-pain, mixeur, etc ....et machine à laver, sèche-linge, et le prix est entièrement adapté aux réalités de l'appartement. La cuisine est la première nouvelle que la porte est cassée, et dans la salle de bain il y a un cintre, mais je doute que ces choses simples, méritent 2*. Vous aviez un retard très important et mon Xisco vous a reçu tôt le matin parce que nous avons compris que vous pourriez être fatigué et vous aider en tout. Nous pouvons comprendre que l'accident d'eau ait été inconfortable pour vous, mais c'est un accident et nous l'avons résolu dès que possible. Nous sommes vraiment désolés d'avoir reçu une telle évaluation sans en avoir été informés au préalable.

kleines Appartment für Kurztrip OK

liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand weg, gegenüber ist ein Kinderhotel die bis 23 Uhr Musik machen, dann ist aber ruhig, für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen

Wonderfull stay!

We had a wonderfull stay in Mercedes’s apartment! It is well maintained. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is big and nice to sit evenings when it cools down. We did not cook but the kitchen is well equipped. Of course the beach is very close. Book a sunbed online (reserves.alcudia.net) in advance! One street further you’ll find a couple of restaurants that do nice Mallorcan and international dishes..

Fuimos a pasar unos días de tranquilidad cerca de la playa y acabamos encantados. En todo momento Mercedes estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y necesidades. El apartamento disponía de todo lo necesario, en dos minutos a pie estabas en la playa y cada día aparcamos en nuestra misma calle. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung hatte alle wichtigen Gegenstände in Küche und in den Räumen. Wir sind aus Versehen an der falschen Busstation ausgestiegen. Der Vermieter hat uns dann kurzerhand persönlich abgeholt. Die Lage ist super. 2 Reihe und trotzdem mit kleinerem Meerblick. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank für diesen netten Urlaub.

Great host! The apartment is super close to the beach and has everything you need around the corner. To get to AlcudiaPort Alcudia it takes about 15min by bike. Very clean apartment and nice touches by the host, including description of all important locations.

Die Lage ist wirklich top, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon (kleiner Meerblick). Das Apartement hatte alles da was man braucht, sogar Strandtücher,Spiele,Gewürze und ausreichende Küchengeräte. Leider hat der Backofen nicht bei uns funktioniert bzw wir haben es nicht hinbekommen. Vielleicht wäre hierbei eine kurze Einweisung gut. Alles in Allem war es wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Квартира очень удобная, есть все что нужно для проживания, приготовления еды, отдыха с ребенком (может даже с двумя). Большая плита, посуда, кастрюли и сковородки, холодильник, стиральная машина, сушилка, утюг, фен, посудомойка, тостер, микроволновка, блендер - очень удобно готовить. Видели детскую кроватку-манеж складную, если нужно для ребенка лет до 3х очень удобно. Есть даже пляжные полотенца. В квартире одна детская с двумя кроватями, спальня с двухспальной кроватью и гостинная с диваном, правда в разложенном виде он как две односпальные кровати выглядит. Кондиционер в гостинной только, поэтому бывало ночью душновато (мы в начале июля отдыхали). Есть большой балкон, до обеда там жарковато, а вот с обеда уже тень и можно там кушать. С балкона море видно немного. До пляжа 2 минуты идти, можно пройти чуть дальше и лежать в тени сосен прямо рядом с морем. Хозяин очень радушный, даже welcoming cake нам принес 😊 В общем, рекомендую для семейного отдыха.

Super Wohnung nah am Strand, gut ausgestattet. Dusche super. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr schöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Im kleinen Zimmer ließ sich die Tür nicht schliessen, weil die Betten nebeneinander standen, war für uns jetzt kein Problem
