Biel’s apartment is well furnished, spacious, very close to the beach, with a nice view from the balcony and two of the bedrooms.Biel is very nice, accommodating, and communication is easy.I highly recommend this apartment!

A fabulous property with all you need for a wondeful stay. The location is second to none with a balconey to eat at overlooking the sea. Biel, the owner, was very accomodating and responsive. We'll be back.

Excellent location with a lovely view of the beach. Easy check in process and the host kept us well informed before arrival. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Only let down was that it was advertised as air conditioned but this was only in one bedroom and the lounge, so the other two bedrooms were very warm at night. One thing that would have made the stay more comfortable would have been more comfy seating on the balcony area. Other than that this place is great value for money, in an ideal location and excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Perfect location. Nice apartment.

The perfect little apartment by the beach. On the last street before the beach, it’s perfect to spend some time there or use as a home base to visit the rest of the island. The Can PF beach is amazing water. The Port Pollenca beaches were a great 2nd choice. Restaurants, groceries, all nearby. Parking was always available on the street (50m) was the furthest but usually only 1 or 2 cars away.

Great location. 1 block from beach. Although has washer, I had no idea it would take days to dry. Be prepared to take to a laundry mat. Photos of apt were old, (furniture was old) but we were out and about so much it didn’t bother us.

The Best and a lot more

This apartment provides everything you need for a great family holiday. The location is superb, you are less than 1 min from the beach and all the shops bars, and entertainment. The real bonus is Biel who is the very best host, nothing is a problem for Biel, he just gets it sorted no matter what the problem. If you looking for comfort, service sunshine, and a beach location this is the apartment for you. Thank you Biel for all your support and help.

Meer und Strandblick sind der große Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft.Wohnungsgröße und Anzahl der Schlafzimmer definitiv ausreichend für eine Familie mit 5 Personen.Strand ist von der Beschaffenheit her gut. Ein Zugang zum Meer ist auch ohne Badeschuhe möglich und für Kinder geeignet da es sehr weit flach rein geht bis es wirklich tief wird.Die Küche könnte ein Makeover vertragen. Schränke innen teilweise klebrig. Hier wäre minimum eine kräftige Grundreinigung nötig. Das Kücheninventar ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere könnte gut und gerne einmal gegen etwas Neues ausgetauscht werden.Im Badezimmer mit der Dusche könnten die Armaturen einmal ausgetauscht werden. Diese sind schon relativ verkalkt, welches sich offensichtlich nicht mehr reinigen lässt.Die Badewanne im anderen Bad hat auch die besten Tage schon hinter sich. Die Beschichtung blättert an diversen Stellen bereits ab.Die ein oder andere Matratze in den Schlafzimmern ist eher sehr weich.Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern erfüllen ihren Zweck, sind optisch allerdings nicht mehr schön anzusehen. (DreckRost)Außerdem muss einem bei dieser Unterkunft bewusst sein, dass es dort in der Hauptsaison auf Grund der exklusiven Lage bis in den späten Abend eher laut von Draußen ist durch die Musik der Lokalitäten und der Touristen.Dies kann gut und gerne auch bis ca. 1 Uhr so anhalten.Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber in Ordnung.Abschließend waren wir zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

My name is Biel Ramis and both, my mother and I own this flat in Can Picafort and we'll do our best to make sure that you don't have miss anything during your stay.

I live in Llubí, a small village at the center of the Island. It's 20 minutes far by car from Can Picafort. I speak catalan, spanish, english and german.

Why they chose this property

Just in front of the beach, perfectly equipped, children ready (chair, cot), very near the pub/shop/restaurants zone. Very good sea view (please watch the video).
