The smell is due to the work on the hotel they are doing next door since they were touching the pipes that day.

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect. Location was right in the heart of historic center...only 5 minutes from the fabulous Central Market and tons of restaurants, coffee shops and historic buildings. Apartment had every thing you need for short or long-term stays.I stayed 2 weeks and cooked most of my meals at home. The kitchen had everything I needed.

VERY Disappointed

We left within the hour of arriving and had to look for another place to stay. We have a complaint pending with VRBO #126946126. The apt had a few issues. Not clean, noisy, and inaccurate description of bed. We took pictures of our concerns as the host was just giving us excuses.

Ottima la posizione. Accettabile la pulizia dei locali. Niente aria condizionata. Caldo insopportabile. Proprietario non risponde al telefono. Non dà indicazioni chiare. Impossibile stare in 4 persone. Un letto piccolo non matrimoniale e un divano letto scomodissimo. Frigorifero sporco. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo. Non abitabile in estate.

Buenas Claudia primero que en nigun momneto pusimos que hay aire acondicionado va todo con ventiladores pero los dias que estuvisteis fue la ola de calor en Valencia. Entrasteis mas tarde de las 12 y se os dio el servicio que no gradecisteis. Se contesto a todas vuestras demandas. la cama es de matrimonio de 1,45 x2,00 no es una cama individual y el sofa cama es para dar un servicio, Os fuiesteis y os dejastesi todas las ventanas abiertas la casa sucia sin tirar la basura. El cuarto de baño no se podia entrar. La verdad una experincia muy desagradable. No recomiendo

Der gastgeber hat mich nicht mal von selbst darüber informiert wie ich an mein schlüssel komme. Er war kaum erreichbar und hat auf fast keine anfragen reagiert. Die Einrichtung war sehr lieblos und teilweise auch etwas eklig. Viele gegenstände waren voller staub und es lagen auch kondome herum. Bis auf die hervorragende lage der Wohnung kann ich diese unterkunft auf keinen fall empfehlen!

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro, ideale per visitare Valencia a piedi. Bisogna però considerare che, proprio per la sua posizione, di notte c'è molto rumore proveniente dalla strada: le persone rimangono fuori fino a tarda notte e, nel nostro caso, è stato difficile dormire.La pulizia dell'appartamento era migliorabile. Inoltre, per quattro persone gli spazi per dormire non sono adeguati: è presente un letto da una piazza e mezza e un divano letto piuttosto piccolo, scomodo e senza cuscini.Il bagno è privo di finestra e, soprattutto nei mesi estivi, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata si fa sentire. Durante il nostro soggiorno faceva molto caldo e l'unico ventilatore disponibile, peraltro in cattive condizioni, non era sufficiente a rendere l'ambiente confortevole.Sembrava fosse presente il Wi-Fi, visto che c'era il modem, ma il proprietario non ci ha fornito le credenziali per accedere alla rete.Nel complesso, la posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza dell'appartamento, ma gli arredi, le dotazioni e il comfort generale andrebbero migliorati, soprattutto se viene proposto per ospitare più di tre persone

Séjour à Valencia

Emplacement idéal pour aborder la partie historique. Metro et bus proches pour la partie maritime. Se garer dans les parkings au pourtour du centre historique..La circulation y est compliquée et les places réservées aux riverains.Avons passé un excellent séjour.

Calor sofocante

El piso carecía de aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo de la habitación giraba pero no tiraba aire presumo que o giraba al revés o las paletas estában mal colocadas. Nos fue imposible poder dormir bien durante la noche por esta razón decidimos retirarnos antes. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecía. No lo recomendaría

MALA COMUNICACION, LIMPIEZA Y COMODIDAD

Al llegar a la media noche nos encontramos con que no habia ropa de cama para el sofá cama, tuve que llamar al host a esa hora y la ropa de cama estaba tendida en las cuerdas tuve que recoger toda la.ropa que habia allí, el lugar no estaba limpio, el mini refri no funciona, la clave del wi fi escrita en las normas no era la correcta y me la dió al 3er dia de mi estadía, las normas no son claras sobre donde dejar la llave al salir. De verdad es decepcionante el estado de los muebles la cama y el sofa cama son SUPER INCOMODOS, no entiendo estos lugares que hacen dinero y no invierten en mejor mueblería. El sofa cama es literalmente una tabla, es mejor dormir en el piso.

Buenas Angemy . Primero de todo no me comentaste que ibais a dormir dos personas en distintas camas. Por eso no se preparo el sofá ya que en ningún momento me dijisteis si erais una pareja o personas que ibais a dormir en distintas camas. El Wi-Fi se cambió porque se ha puesto uno con mayor velocidad. Por eso no me dió tiempo a cambiar las reglas del Wi-Fi pero lo que no entiendo es por qué no preguntaste del primer día. Eso mucho de la cama sea incómoda, ya que el colchones nuevo. Y nunca nadie se había quejado de esto. También dudo que la vivienda esté sucia cuando siempre viene una mujer a limpiar todo y dejarlo todo ordenado. Lo siento que no te haya gustado mi casa. Pero siempre tienes el Chat para poder comunicarte con el host. Y en ningún momento deja de responderte.

odeur nauséabonde

Tout est OK SAUF une épouvantable odeur d'égouts qui envahit la salle de bains et s'imprègne dans tout l'appartement et sur vos affaires ; odeur insupportable qui donnait envie e vomir ! Quand je suis rentrée chez moi j'ai dû jeter mes pinceaux de maquillages et des trousses de toilettes qui étaient imprégner de cette odeur pestilentielle ! Dommage pour le proprio qui n'y peut sans doute rien mais cet appart ne devrait pas être loué

Appartamento pulito e dotato dei servizi primari. Buona posizione vicino al centro città vecchia. Proprietario sempre disponibile nel rispondere Peccato per il forte odore nel bagno senza finestra e ventola non funzionante. Valencia è bellissima

Location, Location, Location!

Comfortable place in a safe and fun location. Stayed here during Las Fallas and it was perfect! No car needed at all. Easy taxi ride to/from the airport. The owner made the reservation process and check in/out very smooth for us.
