The apartment is composed by an ample ensuite double bedroom with a mezzanine that hosts two single beds, one room with two twin beds and a second stunning double bedroom with panoramic views on the hills.
The living area is a generous open space with dining table for 12, sofas and TV, looked over by an authentic nineteenth century fireplace, ready to warm up the coldest nights.
Just outside the apartment, under a massive cypress and overlooking the pool, there’s the reserved area for Olmo’s guests, with a table, chairs, outdoor light, two deckchairs and BBQ.
In the months between May and October, every apartment has a dedicated space by the pool, with beach umbrella, two deckchairs and two sun loungers.

Gorgeous Villa in a beautiful part of Italy
I love this villa! Andrea was an absolute joy. He was able to give us tips on where to visit, schedule winery tours and even helped us find a doctor when our child got sick. The villa was perfect. There are gorgeous views of the countryside. We took several day trips, but I wish we could have spent more time at the villa. It was tranquil and gorgeous. The apartment had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We were a group of 10 and it was plenty of room for all of us. I hope someday I can return to Italy and spend more time at this property.

Tuscany - Excellent location, great pool, lovely accommodation
Family holiday of seven; four adults, two teenagers and one under 10.
Plenty to do in this fantastic location, close to all the places you could want to visit in Tuscany, apart from perhaps the beach, but this is a holiday location for people who want to explore the beautiful hill towns and beautiful cities of Pisa, Sienna and Florence.
Accommodation was spacious and clean, kitchen and living room furniture basic but good enough for a two week stay, lovely terrace which we used morning, lunch and supper time looking over the Tuscan hills.
Parking is secure and safe with electronic gates for ease of access.
Pool was absolutely lovely just behind the apartment, shared by the five flats, set in an olive grove over looking the hills, never felt crowded, clean and well kept with lovely sun loungers and parasols for each apartment.
I would recommend this to friends and family, but would give them directions before going as a bit tricky to find the first time.
