Lovely apartment but lacking attention to detail and a bit tired.
Lovely big living room with views. Central heating efficient once you can work out the digital controls. No instructions left. Smart TV and DVD etc but again no quick start guide so getting the Basic tv working was complete trial and error.
The blinds in the kitchen area were hard to operate and the cleat was coming out of the wall so it was difficult to secure. When fully down, one had to stand on a chair to retrieve the cord from the top. Front curtains very worn. A rug would have created a cosier feel in the winter months.
Bedrooms spacious but it doesn’t point out that two have almost no natural light being built in to the cliff face!
Towels a little worn and bathrooms could do with a facelift plus a shower curtain over the bath,
Kitchen fairly well equipped but ikea basic crockery sets incomplete. The extraction and light over cooker not working and there were two lightbulbs blown.
The listing does not mention that there are 34 high steps up to the property and nowhere to park to unload .
Luckily our 90 year old father is fairly sprightly but it was still a challenge for him.
The slope is ok but still steep with large steps in to the chapel.
The courtyard is excellent for dogs but looked rather scruffy and the gate had no latch so we had to drag the parasol base to secure it.
Location is superb and this is Potentially a lovely apartment but it does need some TLC.
