Luxury apartment located next to Victoria beach with magnificent sea views from the terrace. Completely reformed. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 1.50 bed, TV and ceiling fan. It has another two bedrooms with two beds of 90, and another with bunk beds of up to 3 beds. The three bedrooms have their built-in wardrobe. The bathrooms are modern with shower plate. The terrace is extraordinary to eat while watching the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave oven. It also has a small appliance such as a kettle, toaster, juicer and nespreso coffee machine. It has air conditioning in living room and double glazed windows. It has parking in nearby building and wifi. Ideal location in a quiet area with a bus stop a minute away, surf school in the same street and a children's playground very close.
