Excellently located in the heart of Santa Maria, the birthplace of flamenco in the city, and surrounded by interesting places such as the Roman Theatre, Santa Maria Beach or the walls of Puertatierra and with excellent dining options in which to taste the best dishes such as Destino, La Fragua or Bodeguita de Plocia among many others located in the nearby street Plocia, gastronomic street of the city.
The flats can accommodate up to 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, as they are located in a semi-pedestrian street, you are assured of the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you will not miss anything that happens in the world and with which you will be able to work remotely if you have to.
The 2 PENTHOUSES HAVE PRIVATE TERRACE.
The flats have a living-dining room with double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings and en suite bathroom with shower.
Don't worry about bringing a hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels because you will find them on arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom wardrobe.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
