No smoking.. Belvedere Court offers fantastic views across the bay from Torquay to Brixham, as well as out to sea with Preston Sands beach directly opposite the apartments. The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10-minute stroll along the sea front. 8 Belvedere Court is a second floor apartment with a balconette, lift access and allocated parking.

Overall great stay, lovely accommodation and location. The only slight problem was the traffic noise if you have the balcony door or windows open, but didn't spoil iur stay

Lovely cosy flat with perfect sea view. Well equipped with mod cons. WiFi was a decent speed and didn't let us down. On site parking a big plus, as is a lift when you've heavy cases to take upstairs. The balcony is nice but not big enough for breakfast for two. A/C (or a big fan) would be a bonus, as there is no through ventilation and was hot even on cooler days. Lots of road noise - speed humps on the road outside would discourage late night racing by the local yahoos. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely apartment with a small balcony . The beach is opposite on the other side of the road. Pubs resturants and shops all in walking distance and mostly on the flat . Theres two pubs very close and they both serve food . The beach and surrounding area is spotless and there is plenty of activities on the green just between the road and the beach Take a picnic to the beach the chairs are in the apartment . So many places to see around Paignton we never run out of things to see . Our favourite pub was the Harbour light . Our friendliest pub was Captain Jack's and a great place to see the views was Greenway national trust ...take your walking boots and a picnic for that one . I couldn’t fault the cleanliness, especially the extra care considering COVID, which made me feel quite safe. The apartment has everything you need for your holiday. It was a little walk into the main area of Paignton but being a quieter area made up for that. Obviously I don’t know what August would be like but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped everything we needed and good quality. It has a small balcony and a lovely view of the sea and the furnishings were very comfortable also the bottle of wine,biscuits and milk were very much appreciated. Opposite is Preston sands beach which is lovely and clean. Paignton is about 10 mins walk away and when the tide is out you can walk round to it on the beach. There are Plenty of places to eat and lots of places to visit. I would highly recommend this apartment.
