Beautiful place

The views were even better than the photos show, incredible property and manicured landscapes , looks brand new and recently done. There is also a large sun lounger bed that isn’t shown in the picture, my son loved relaxing up there and again the view was stunning. Could do with basic instructions for appliances , local places etc taxi numbers, basics for beach in utility cupboard would be handy, we left a parasol for the next person.

Erstmal mal möchte anfügen , das wir schon unzählige male über Fe-Wo gebucht haben und schon oft in dieser Region Urlaub gemacht haben.Die Location entspricht von außen dem Angebot. Ist aber auch mit dem Ausblick und dem tollen Pool das einzige herausragende ,was man positiv bewerten kann.Das gesamte Inventar hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich.Die Matratzen sind zum Schlafen völlig durchgelegen und alt. Ein kleines Handtuch Bettwäsche (Fleckig)pro Person (mit Extra Gebühr) ist eine Frechheit. Die Räumlichkeiten spiegelten sich nach der Reparatur von diversen Glühbirnen trotzdem in einem schmutzigen Zustand wieder. Von undichten/verkalkten Wasserhähnen, defekten Schranktüren,kaputte Mückengitter bis klebrigen Gläsern ,war das mit Abstand das abgerockteste Apartment in diesen Urlaubsgebiet. Die gesamte Küchenausstattung ist für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend. Keine Großen Teller, Schüsseln u.s.w. und schmutziger Kühlschrank ohne Licht machen eine Selbstversorgung sehr schwierig. Da wir das Ameisenproblem kennen , gehen wir darauf nicht weiter ein. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ein und Auszug erfolgte in einem Immobilienbüro . Nachfragen über Ablauf oder ähnliches wurden im Vorlauf nicht beantwortet. Lediglich eine Standartmail gab uns Auskunft. Wir sind durchaus mit dem spanischen Standart vertraut , aber eine Ferienunterkunft mit diesem Zustand für den Preis ist nicht korrekt. Das ist das erste mal das wir ein Objekt nicht empfehlen können. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Krakat

Toller Aufenthalt - Tolle Location & Blick!

Hallo liebe Vermieter, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Calpe. Die Unterkunft war toll- insbesonders der Pool und der Ausblick waren wirklich traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung sowie Schlüsselübergabe etc. lief einwandfrei und problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden wie besprochen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche wirkt auf den Bildern größer, als sie ist, ist aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Haus liegt am Hang, weshalb man zur Wohnung ungefähr 70 Treppenstufen nimmt. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Haus, die restlichen Wohnflächen werden anscheinend nur durch den Eigentümer genutzt, welche jedoch beim Aufenhalt in der Ferienwohnung nicht anwesend sind. Dementsprechend hat man als Mieter das komplette Gelände etc. für sich alleine. Man kann vorm Haus an der Straße entlang problemlos parken. Für die Pool-Liegen gab es Polster und es war sogar noch ein kleiner Schirm für den Strand verfügbar. Verbessungpotentiale : - Doppelbett: Die Matzratze war top, der Lattenrost könnte jedoch erneuert werden. - Küchenausstattung : es ist alles vorhanden ( elektronische Geräte, Geschirr etc.) , könnte jedoch erneuert/ erweitert werden Alles in allem wirklich top - ein enspannter, ruhiger Urlaub mit toller Aussicht und Unterkunft. Danke!

Teleurstellend

Nadat we waren aangekomen in de vakantievilla, bleek het een verdieping van een villa te zijn. Het oogt op de foto’s groter dan dat het ik werkelijkheid is. Prachtig uitzicht!! Bestek en servies waren niet schoon. Oude matrasjes op de ligbedden op het terras. Oude bedden. Let op: je moet 62 treden op voordat je bij de voordeur bent. Het zwembad ligt een stuk lager dan je verblijf. In de eerste ochtend zijn we wakker geworden door het getimmer en een cementmolen van een grote verbouwing die in het huis naast ons aan de gang was. Er liepen veel bouwvakkers rond. We hebben direct contact opgenomen. De makelaar heeft ons 3 andere huizen aangeboden en was zeer vriendelijk. Blij dat we naar een ander huis konden we hebben alsnog genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Maar dit huis is geen aanrader!

Belle vue et super piscine

La piscine est grande et profonde, la vue top. L'amélioration porte sur la vaisselle qui n'est pas suffisante : que des petites assiettes, 3 petites cuillères, 2 verres à vin, 1 bol, etc. et un thermostat de chauffe-eau qui ne marchait pas alors que la maison était louée avant. Mais une bonne réactivité de Paco et Jésus :-)
