Séjour de rêve à Calpe

Nous sommes arrivés avec 30 minutes d’avance à l’agence afin de récupérer les clefs et notre logement était prêt.Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli parlent plusieurs langues.Cela est très agréable quand on ne parle pas la langue locale.Villa très conforme aux descriptions avec beaucoup d’équipements notamment une machine à laver en plus qui n’était pas précisé .L’accès et les consignes sont très claires sur le mail de confirmation et le QRCODE sur place.Les commerces sont a proximité, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture avec des prix qui défi toute concurrence.

La piscina y el que no había alboroto de gente. No había tapa del microondas, ni escurridor para la pasta. Una de las habitaciones era muy justa y la ducha muy pequeña. Un gran inconveniente ha sido que había una obra justo al lado y durante el horario laborable había un ruido isoportable de máquinas y obreros gritando por lo que ha sido bastante desagradable cuando lo que buscas es tranquilidad total.

Buenas experiencia

Es una villa, ideal para una pareja y dos niños, pero en nuestro caso al tener bebe, necesitábamos más espacio ( cuna, carrito, tronas....) y se queda un poco justa de tamaño, porque no había hueco suficiente Las vistas, al Peñón y la tranquilidad en pleno mes de mayo, merece la pena y por el precio que tenía está bien. La terraza exterior con la piscina da mucho juego. En cuanto a villas Guzmán nos han tratado muy bien, nos han ayudado en el check in y el check out. Y si teníamos algún problema estaban dispuestos a facilitar todo y es de agradecer. Algunos detalles de decoración,la ventana del baño, la ducha perdía un poco de agua, las mesas de cristal, nos parecían peligrosas....porque se movian ... El mobiliario exterior, estaba un poco más que trotado, y no tiene lavavajillas.

Buena estancia en general

La casa es pequeña, pero lo justo para una familia con dos niños pequeños, no se necesita más. Además reformada lo que es de agradecer. La piscina está muy bien y la ducha de fuera también. Se nos rompió el tostador y Villas Guzmán lo solucionó rápido. La limpieza del patio. Había muchas malas hierbas entre las baldosas y el fondo de la piscina algo sucio que daba sensación de dejadez. En otras ocasiones sí hemos visto ir al personal de mantenimiento a lo largo de la estancia, pero en esta ocasión, no. El mobiliario del patio es deficiente. Las tumbonas son muy incómodas y la única mesa que hay para comer fuera es fija y no le llega a cubrir el toldo, por lo que hay que estar moviendo la sombrilla que pesa muchísimo para que no te achicharres con el sol. Con una mesa y sillas normales que puedas colocar tú donde desees, mucho mejor. El colchón bien, las almohadas matadoras. NO hay lavavajillas a pesar de que me dijeron que sí. Las tuberías del baño huelen fatal porque no hay bote sifónico y el olor sale de la ducha. Hay mosquiteras, pero casi todas rotas, no enganchan. Había de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, algunos que se usan muy poco, pero no una fuente para el horno, que sí se echa de menos. Salir a las 10 de la mañana la verdad que es demasiado pronto. Pero en general, bien. Solo son recomendaciones para hacer de la estancia algo mejor.

Es una casa limpia , pequeña y coqueta con una amplia piscina ,como hay mucha vegetación ( arbustos,árboles ,etc)nos a resultado muy difícil o imposible poder comer y cenar en la calle junto a la piscina por la presencia de avispas o abejas Por mencionar una carencia que tiene la casa ,es la falta de lavavajillas

Urbanización Calpe

Mal señalización de la casa, no había números por ninguna parte, por lo que tardamos más de 30 minutos en localizarla. El aire acondicionado pese a marcar 16 grados no eran reales, hacía calor a veces. Por lo demás la casa es bonita y nos encontramos muy bien en ella.
