2 room apartment + cabin on the first floor with elevator in a recent south-west facing residence.

Shops: either on the port or in the city center of Dives. A market for regional products takes place on Saturday morning in Dives.

Direct sale of fish every morning under the fish hall in the port (500m on foot).

Everything is accessible on foot or by bike if you don't want to travel by car.

Public transport: Halt Gare de Dives-Port Guillaume (ter) 5 min walk from the apartment (from Paris Saint-Lazare via Deauville) and 10 min from a bus station (20bus green line).

Stay in Normandy

We were really pleased with our flat as it was spacious, well equipped and very quiet. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and enabled us to stay out later in the evening. There are supermarkets and a library nearby, a cinema at a walking distance.Dives is beautiful and worth a visit. You can also walk to Houlgate and Cabourg.Our hosts were lovely and helpful and left us some local products, which we really appreciated.

Nice location and friendly host. However, when we pulled back the duvet covers, the mattress protector had several hairs and many tiny unidentified black bits/particles which unsettled us. Nice treats left by the hosts but the jams were years passed their bbd.

In 12 years of operation, I've never had any complaints about the cleanliness of the apartment. Before the tenants arrive, the apartment is cleaned, and all mattress protectors are replaced, even those on beds that were not used, with new ones or ones just cleaned. A disinfectant spray is then sprayed in all rooms after ventilation. Concerning the jams, they are homemade a maximum of two months before the tenants'arrival and are sterilized to prevent any external contamination. Without opening the jars, how can you say they're several years old?

Appartement idéalement situé.Tout peut se faire à pied (Cabour,Houlgate etc). Très bien équipé. Très lumineux. Aucune nuisance sonore , ni visuelle.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très disponibles et très sociables ( ce qui est très rare de nos jours). Les confitures de bienvenue fait maison etaient délicieuses.Pour tout cela nous conseillons très vivement cette location.Merci encore à M et Mme Leconte pour leur gentilesse.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à Port Guillaume et avons été satisfaits de l´appartement. Il est très bien situé pour se rendre à pied au centre ville de dives sur mer ainsi qu´à Cabourg et Houlgate. Le parking pour garer nos deux voitures était proche. Les proprietaires sont très aimables. Malheureusement les draps, les serviettes de toilettes et les torchons pour la vaiselle ne sont pas fournis. Comme nous étions de passage et que les autres appartements founissent tout, ce fut peu pratique.

Le propriétaire m'a aidé dans mon trajet, plan entre mon arrêt de car et l'appartement. Une visite de l'appartement avec le proprio, tout est là, bien équipé, l'appartement est bien situé entre Cabourg et Houlgate, dans une ville historique.(10 mns à pieds du centre) Vous descendez vous avez le port, et à 50 m la mer de Cabourg, les dunes de sable, un vrai plaisir.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix

L'appartement est très bien situé, on peut aller à Cabourg, dives et Houlgate à pied. L'immeuble est très calme. L'appartement est bien agencé, nous n'étions pas à l'étroit à 4 personnes. Je ne pense pas qu'il soit adapté pour 6 personnes. Les proprio sont sympathiques et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Schöne Lage, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, freundlicher Vermieter, was braucht man Mee(h)r für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Auch zum Ausflüge machen in der näheren Umgebung sehr gut geeignet.

In der Normandie

Das sehr saubere und sehr ordentliche Apartment war für uns als vierköpfige Familie ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen in die bezaubernde Normandie. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage am Meer oder auf den wunderschönen Märkten sehr genossen. Wir werden in jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.
