Cosy and comfortable chalet on the edge of a forest - SWIMMING POOL

Come and discover our warm chalet completely renovated at the edge of the forest where begin countless hikes to the Vosges mountains. You can eat in the many farm inns that line the heights of the Noble Valley.
A few steps from the wine trail this little cocoon will also allow you to go to taste the typical local specialties.
As we say at home: "A güetta!" "Enjoy your meal!"

Renovated entirely in respect of wood and stone, the chalet of the Firstplan is ideal to relax in the quiet of the Alsatian nature.
With its vineyard and its mountain, Alsace will satisfy all tastes.

Osenbach offers a bakery for gourmet mornings as well as a small grocery store.

Our cottage has a beautiful terrace of 40 m2 facing south and a garden that will make you enjoy the beautiful days conducive to barbecues and outdoor games.

The host was really fantastic, the communication with him was smooth and easy and he helped us quickly with the resolution of a WiFi problem. The house is so clean, good forniture, amazing kitchen and everything is brand new. Also our dog was happy to be there.If we will pass by Colmar again in the future, for sure we will come back to this property. Also because the strategic point to see all the cities around Colmar

A beautiful chalet

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Alsace region and having this wonderful chalet to come back to each day or simply relax at was a delight. Luc was immediately available whenever we had a question. We would recommend this holiday and area to anyone.

Gorgeous chalet in the centre of Alsace

This Chalet is outstanding. Beautifully crafted, warm, inviting, spotlessly clean and extremely well decorated. We spent an early Christmas there with our family to visit the Christmas Markets in 2 different countries and we had one of the best Christmases we have ever had. A sun-drenched living room, comfortable beds, super peaceful and an incredible host. This is a "must stay". Thank you Jean Luc-you have great taste!

„Warme Hütte“ traf es genau

Lage des Hauses: Ruhig gelegen, in einem Wohngebiet mit direkten Nachbarn, am Ende einer Straße am Waldrand. Das Grundstück ist nicht vollständig eingezäunt und es gibt auch kein Hoftor.Für den Einkauf muss man in das nächste Dorf fahren. Osenbach hat nur einen Bäcker.Haus/Ausstattung:für den täglichen Bedarf war alles vorhanden. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist ein Smart TV vorhanden. Lediglich zu bemängeln war, dass wir pro Person nur ein Handtuch für fünf Tage zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben. Das ist definitiv zu wenig. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein und die Kleiderschränke eher kleine Garderobenschränke, so dass wir die Woche über aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Das war sehr mühselig, zumal wir zeitweilig vier Erwachsene waren. Das dritte Schlafzimmer war abgeschlossen. Da fanden wir sehr nachteilig, da wir davon ausgehen, dass wenn wir ein ganzes Haus mieten, uns auch alle Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. Durch die große Fensterverglasung im Wohnzimmer hatte sich das Haus extrem aufgeheizt. Hier wäre eine Markise sicherlich hilfreich.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und äußerst nett. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und wir hatten alles in allem einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das abgeschlossene Zimmer und und die fehlenden „richtigen“ Kleiderschränke sowie die zu geringe Anzahl der Verfügung gestellten Handtücher.

Tolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Zufahrt war mit zwei Autos unkompliziert. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein kleines Radio im Objekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Verständigung hat problemlos geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Alles prima.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Sehr ruhige Nachbarn. Direkter Zugang zum Wald (steile Wege) und den Weinbergen (nicht so steil). Netter kleiner Bäcker am Ort. Die Serpentinen Straßen durch die Wälder sind nichts für Angsthasen. Zwei Hunde waren kein Problem. Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt. Das wäre toll gewesen. Vielen Dank Luc.

Urlaub im Elsass

Grundsätzlich gut. Ambiente mit dem vielen Holz angenehm. Höchstens für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu nutzen Für 8 Personen ist dieses Haus definitiv zu klein. Kleine Zimmer, unpraktisch und unbequem eingerichtet, zu wenig Ablageflächen, zu wenig Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen und verstauen von Kleidern. Im Schlafraum 1 zu harte Betten, im Schlafraum 2 zu weiche Betten. In der Küche sehr wenig Platz zum verstauen der Lebensmittel. Umschwung mit Spielgeräten und Pool gut. Aussicht keine, da rundum Häuser stehen. Ruhige Gegend aber entweder geht es den Berg hoch oder runter.

Schönes Chalet am Waldrand

Der Aufenthalt im Chalet war perfekt. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Wir, als Familie, hatten genug Platz. Der Garten (Seilrutsche, Spielhütte, Schaukeln und natürlich der Pool) bieten jung und alt viel Freude. Luc war ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Ein schönes Haus in wundervoll ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Woche in Osenbach sehr genossen und viele schöne Radtouren unternommen. Luc ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die sehr weichen Matratzen jedoch haben unseren Rücken sehr zu schaffen gemacht, die Betten knarren auch ziemlich doll. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Rest des Hauses ist wunderschön. Wir waren sogar mal im Pool, der eine willkommene Abkühlung bei heißem Wetter ist.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Elsass, erholsam und abwechslungsreich

Sehr schön am Waldrand gelegenes Chalet. Ideal für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Tolle Lage für Wanderungen und Besuche in Orten wie Colmar etc. Alles da, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Schöner Pool. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très joli chalet

Très joli chalet, déco soignée, très propre et confortable, tout est prévu coté cuisine et petit quotidien ! Environnement très calme, à 2 pas de la forêt. Nous avons apprécié les promenades en forêt, dans le massif des Vosges et dans les villages éparpillés sur la route vins. Séjour très agréable !!

Un chalet très propre et moderne, situé au cœur d'une magnifique région

Chalet tout confort, très moderne, tout est neuf et la propreté est irréprochable. Un très joli jardin équipé pour les enfants et une belle terrasse bien exposée. On n'a pas essayé la piscine car la météo ne s'y prêtait pas, mais elle a l'air très sympa. Situé dans un cadre paisible, très tranquille, sans aucune nuisance, juste à côté de la forêt, mais en restant à proximité de la ville de Soultzmatt où on peut trouver tout le nécessaire pour les courses. Soultzmatt est aussi une ville avec beaucoup de caves à vin, située au milieu des vignes, sur la Route des Vins. Beaucoup de producteurs et des dégustations à faire. Endroit idéal pour rayonner sur la très belle région d'Alsace. Chalet équipé de borne électrique. On a été ravi par le séjour, dans ce magnifique chalet ou la décoration est très soignée et où l'accueil a été des meilleurs. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons.
