170 m2 6 people 3 bedrooms. Living space, kitchen, dining room and living room of 70 m2, (with smart TV television, invites to relax and good humor with family or friends; Boudoir: reading and relaxation area, and three bedrooms with WC and bathroom bath. Sauna and veranda, located in the basement, swimming pool with terrace / solarium, pleasant garden overlooking the vineyard. Free WIFI.
Alphonse's terrace has a large 20 m2 terrace, on the southwest side, with direct access to the ornamental garden and the swimming pool.
Gérardine's house, which overlooks the garden and the swimming pool with terrace / solarium, has a mezzanine with chaise longue and library area in the common living area.
With its original wooden joists and its frame beams, this cottage bears the imprint of past centuries.

Wonderful weekend on a beautiful property

The villa and the whole property are both so pretty. The host is very welcoming and responsive for when questions come up. The kitchen is great and there is plenty of space for larger groups. There are even a few children’s toys which our toddlers loved.

Great vacation in great place / Gilad en famille.

The place is very well equipped, maintained and decorated. The rooms are bi and very comfortable. The owners are very welcomingin every aspect which made our cacation very enjoy-full. The village is very well situated and is close to all the main attractions in Alsace and the Black Forest in Germany. I have told my friends ans relatives about this great place and one of them has already booked it for the sumer next year.

Great VRBO and Location

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this apartment for a week and totally enjoyed it. The location was perfect to visit several different Christmas markets in France, Germany and Switzerland. The apartment is immaculate and very up to date. It has the largest showers we've ever seen in Europe! Kitchen appliances were also first rate. Aime was an excellent host and went above and beyond for us. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

This is a lovely spacious property with comfortable furniture and beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Having not been to the area before we were really happy with the location with Colmar being a particular highlight.The host were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Our overall review of 3 stars was purely because the property was not properly described in that is an apartment not a house and the facilities (swimming pool, games room, washing machine etc) are shared with 2 other properties which meant we were severely limited in using the pool in particular.

Perfekt für Familien/Mehrgenerationen Urlaub

Zum Ensemble gehören insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen und folgende Gemeinschaftsbereiche: Spielzimmer (Kicker, Billiard), Poolbereich und Saunabereich. Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung mit je drei Doppelzimmer und jeweils eigenem Bad, sowie ein Gäste-WC im Eingangsbereich. Es gab für uns alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Küche war Tip top ausgestattet. Einzig im Inserat war für uns nicht ganz ersichtlich das der Pool- und Saunabereich auch von den anderen Wohnungen genutzt wird, was aber bei unserem Aufenthalt letzten Endes keine Rolle gespielt hat, da die anderen beiden Wohnungen zu dieser Zeit nicht belegt waren. Die Unterkunft war für uns auch ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Gegend ist zum Glück auch sehr ruhig.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung

Wir verbrachten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen angenehmen Urlaub in dem mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus. Die Sauna und der Pool sind absolute Highlights und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Bäcker ist nur 150m entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöner als die Fotos

Tolle Wohnung und ein sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist mehr als vollwertig ausgestattet. Der Aufenthaltsbereich bietet viel Platz für alle. Pool , Sauna und Billiardzimmer sind sehr schön und großzügig. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank für die Zeit.

Tolle Wohnung im schönen Elsass

Wer nach einer Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Flair, viel Platz, toller Ausstattung, idealer Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und herzlichen Gastgebern sucht, wird bei Familie Lichtenberger bestimmt fündig. Die Wohnung selbst, aber auch die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen wie Poolbereich, Sauna oder Billard/Tischkicker-Raum sind sehr gepflegt und von uns gerne genutzt worden. Wunderbar

Die Unterkunft ist in einem wunderbaren Zustand und in perfekter Lage. Wir waren zu 4 mit den Rennrädern vor Ort und konnten von dort sehr viele unterschiedliche Touren fahren. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und es lässt sich abends super entspannen. Gerne wieder.

Cozy Urlaubstage in toller Umgebung

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen und die freundlichen Vermieter Christiane und Aime standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ob Radtour oder Weinprobe, immer hatten sie eine gute Empfehlung für uns. Sogar die RAL-Töne der Wandfarben, die uns so gut gefielen, haben sie rausgesucht. Christiane kramte sämtliche Bettdecken des Hauses zusammen, nur damit wir nicht zu zweit unter einer schlafen mussten, so wie es in Frankreich üblich, bei Deutschen aber weniger beliebt ist. :-) Die Wohnung ist der Hammer, alle Zimmer sind wunderschön und individuell eingerichtet. Jede Familie hatte ein eigenes Bad und eine extra Toilette. Der Wohnraum ist super gemütlich und den kommunikativen Küchenblock, an dem wir gerne einen Wein getrunken haben, hätten wir am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen. Bleibt noch die fantastische Terrasse zu erwähnen, auf der es jeden Morgen Zank um die Plätze gab, weil jeder mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf die Weinberge frühstücken wollte :-) Und die Möglichkeit, am Nachmittag nach Radtour oder Ausflug zur Abkühlung in den Pool zu springen, wird uns Zuhause ebenfalls sehr fehlen. Christiane und Aime haben in Pfaffenheim ein kleines Paradies geschaffen, das sie gerne mit ihren Gästen teilen. Merci beaucoup für eine wundervolle Ferienwoche!!! Et aurevoir :-)

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil par Aimé et Christiane, avec une charmante attention. Nous avons trouvé un gîte d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Très bien agencé, tout y est prévu. L’endroit est extrêmement calme, juste un peu de bruit par les voisins du gîte au dessus qui était loué mais cela n’est pas du fait des propriétaires. Aimé est très réactif et attentif au moindre problème. Vraiment un très bon endroit que l’on recommande à 100%.

Alphonse Terrace was perfect. A wonderful gite right in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard.

Our hosts Aime and Christiane could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The gite was a home-from-home; spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a swimming pool to boot!

Excellent property in a wonderful location. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

The property is very modern and very clean, with great showers and comfortable beds, the views from the terrace are amazing! There is a supermarket 5 minutes away in Rouffach that has all you need. The owners live in a house on site and are always pleased to help with whatever you need. There is a shop in the village but was closed, French holidays, when we were there. Great local wine, very cheap, and good wine tasting at the village winemakers, would recommend a visit to Domaine Reifle.

Tolle Wohnung mit allen Extras

Wir waren eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Extras ausgestattet, sehr schön und modern eingerichet und bietet bei jedem Wetter das Richtige mit Sauna und Terrasse. Ganz besonders hat uns auch die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Christiane und Aimé gefallen.
