Located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift just a stone's throw from the center of Como and Switzerland.
This quiet apartment has an independent kitchen with counter and stools, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
The whole apartment is bright thanks to the different windows.
A balcony with a table allows you to take an aperitif outdoors, to smoke outside or to hang clothes.
A washer and dryer is available.
You will find a coffee machine, a kettle, microwave, tea and coffee, and more.
For families with small children we can provide a cot on request.
