Stunning 3 bed Villa with large swimming pool, walking distance to Albox

Large detached three bedroom villa with a swimming pool, attached garage and outstanding views. With a build size of approx. 140m2, the villa is set in the middle of a flat fenced plot of approx. 1,000m2, with plenty of parking space and very private.

Through the front door is the lounge leading to a large dining room with an arch on the left which leads through to a kitchen with granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven, ceiling fan and access into the garage. The garage is approx. 40m2. From the dining room an arch leads through to a large light and airy living room with feature fireplace housing an open fire, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to a covered porch overlooking the mountain views.
There are three bedrooms, one of them with en-suite shower room, and a separate guest bathroom. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen and dining room overlook the swimming pool which is surrounded by a large tiled sun terrace with ample space for sun bathing and relaxing.
There is parking for several cars and a garage. The property is a ten minute walk into the town where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants, shops banks etc

Family break

Lovely villa. Large clean, well maintained pool. Area was very peaceful and quiet. Not far into the local town with plenty of bars & restaurants. We were a family of 5 adults and the villa had everything we needed. Would definitely book again if we return to the area. Thanks

Miserable week

The villa amenities state 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is actually 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The first night we only a light in one of the bathrooms, and no hot water anywhere, host would not come out until the following day, also the TV did not work due to the remote for the internet box was broken, on 7th the TV internet box was replaced by a firestick which was useless as the picture would freeze every few seconds,later that day we had a storm which left the pool and everything else covered in sand, the host said that the pool was cleaned once a week on Thursdays but she would try to get it cleaned earlier, this only happened on the 12th just before we left, but the pool was dirtier after cleaning than before. On the 11th we told the host that once again we had no hot water, we had to wait until the following day for a plumber to be called. In summary we had no hot water for two and half days, a pool we were unable to use the whole week and a TV which never worked, I have requested compensation from the host, but all she has offered is one free night next time I book, what makes this lady think I would ever consider booking this villa again when this is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Good Morning, just to confirm the advert clearly states that it is a 3 bedroom villa and we always respond immediately to guests if they have any doubts or issues. We had guests the previous week and the week following Pauls stay and both families were delighted with the villa. Paul started complaining the moment he arrived, stating that there was an "urgent" problem, a lightbulb was too dim in the bathroom !! He had the window shutters down so I raised them to give light and replaced the bulb to his requirements. The TV box had a minor fault which was also fixed within hours on the same day. There are no other problems with the TV. The pool was immaculate when Paul arrived but 2 days later we had a sandstorm which deposited a large amount of dust and it was due to occur again the following day along with torrential rain, so the pool cleaner advised to wait until weather conditions improved before he cleaned it again. I am unable to control the weather ! Paul called and messaged me several times at midnight and in the early hours of the morning regarding hot water, expecting me to go to the villa at that time to change the gas bottle. We always provide a spare bottle but Paul had not connected it properly so the water was not hot. I went the next morning early and connected the bottle to get instant hot water. Paul did leave the house clean and tidy, but I would not advise that you rent a property to him unless you want constant hassle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande et belle maison et le plus la grande piscine qui est top. La piscine est bien entretenue tout comme la maison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et réactif en cas de problème. Je recommande cette location à 100%

La casa estaba muy bien,limpia grande y con todo lo necesario.La piscina cuando llegamos estaba sucia,despues de limpiarla se limpio el fondo,pero la superficie tenía como aceite(entiendo de las cremas solares de los anteriores)nosotros quitamos ese aceite. Lo que no nos gustó esque no hubiera cortina en las 2 puertas de aluminio(pueden ir sobre la hoja para no impedir la apertura).Y que no haya muro en la puerta de afuera,junto a que no haya un candado que cierre la verja exterior da un poco de inseguridad y miedo.Cualquiera puede pasar.Pese a las rejas.Ya que la puerta de madera solo tiene un punto de cierre.El pueblo está muy bien,tiene de todo supermercados y buenos restaurantes.

Albox Villa Review

This is a lovely, secure and well presented Villa on the outskirts of Albox in a beautiful and quiet area of the town. We loved the Villa, the spacious outside areas and the ability to walk our small dog . While it is close enough to walk to the edge of town we chose to drive on most occasions. Jo and Daniel were very helpful with suggestions when we needed advice. As for improvements, we would suggest that the mattress in the main bedroom be changed as it past its sell by date, the bottom corner cupboard door in the kitchen needs fixing, and many of the light bulbs need replacing. Satellite International TV was a big plus in case of rainy days. The pool area is great for a decent swim and there is enough sun and shade during the day. While the weather was not at its best during our 3 week stay, the Villa is a good base to explore the coast, Granada and Almeria by car. Lots of great places to eat, particularly the Tapas bar in Limeria, (just turn left out of the Villa and drive for 2KM) .

A la casa no le faltaba de nada, muy atentos con el cloro y con todas nuestras peticiones. Nos olvidamos una chaqueta y nos la enviaron a casa sin ningun problema ni coste. Los alrededores de la casa muy bien cuidados y la zona de la pisicina muy confortable. Estancia 100% recomendada.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous connaissons la région et Albox est un point stratégique pour pouvoir profiter de cette belle région Andalouse. (Mojacar, Vera, Garrucha, Tabernas etc..) La maison est confortable, pratique et très bien située. La piscine est de bonne taille pour un entrainement quotidien. On a fait du vélo dans la campagne environnante avec de magnifiques panoramas. Des propriétaires réactifs et discrets. On espère y revenir l'année prochaine. Merci, après cette année difficile, ce break a été un vrai Bonheur.

A tired property with hardly any shade

The property is tired and had various items which needed replacing. Despite the owner saying the property had shade, the area was very small and only provided limited shade at various times during the day. During the summer months shade is very much needed during the day. The local village is actually around 20 minutes walk away along a country road with a steep hill and at times very fast motorcycle traffic. There is no path to walk along.

"Belle Villa avec piscine fantastique"

Cette villa était incroyable, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à paresser autour de la piscine. je peux recommander la villa à 100% elle est propre ,spacieuse et très confortable. J'ai hâte d'y retourner pour profiter de la piscine et explorer un peu plus la région, ce que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire.

Lovely villa

Booked at the last minute and owners were really accommodating and communication was great. The villa was close to amenities (nice 20 min walk to the edge of town). Ideal location for exploring the area - would definitely recommend.
