Each room offers: Patio doors to outside dining and seating area, queen bed, fridge, microwave/convection oven/air-fryer, complementary water and coffee, iron and board, hair dryer, crock pot, dining table/desk, recliner, 40” TV and WI-FI. Other amenities include: shared laundry closet, charcoal grill and outdoor dining exclusive for guest. The units are accessible using secure entry codes provided before arrival. Parking is in front of units in gravel near sidewalk. Golf cart included.

We are local to the lakes area, but new to Old Kuttawa. We relocated from a beautiful cedar home a couple of miles from Kentucky Lake. Our home was situated on a private lake in a park-like setting and we will greatly miss the home. It was a bit too big for us so we decided to build closer to the main lake and be part of a lake community. It was an easy decision to buy a lot in Kuttawa and a long time coming getting the home near completion.

Why they chose this property

There is nothing like waking up and going to bed and seeing the sun and moon on a lake. The position of our home allows us to enjoy all angles of the sun and has proven to be even more beautiful than what we experienced from our boat.

We are so proud to be part of the boom taking place in this little town. Once you have a memorable time enjoying the water, views, or walking trails you leave with this place on your mind.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of staying in our home would be the private patio and seating area that allows you privacy from the town and the best sunrise and sunset views around. We offer a golf cart or you can spend the day hiking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, playing in the park, or dining at the marina (seasonal weekend entertainment at Hu-b's ) or just relaxing. There is a hiking trail on Holly Lane that takes you up and across town and exits on the other side of town that is quite challenging.
