Exclusive residence with swimming pool, park place and porter. About 800 meters from the beach. Villa with two floors composed by: outside patio with little private garden, wide living room, kitchenette with microwave, store room. The first floor is composed by a double bedroom, a bed room with bunk bed plus pull-out bed with balcony. On the first floor also a bathroom with shower cabin and window. Numbered park place. Washing machine and air conditiong.
