Recomendaría a los dueños poner ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones,así no sería necesario dormir con el aire acondicionado y el del salón cambiarlo ,pues no funciona Por lo demás la casa está genial.

The property is beautifully maintained and the property manager was extremely helpful in settling us in.internet was consistent and strong signal.The bed was very comfortable. Mamy kitchen amenities and washer/dryer. Beautful verandah. In a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the main strip.

Super Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Schatten ab mittags.....toll im Sommer wenn es heiß ist. Gut ausgestattete Appartement im 1. Stock. Sehr saubere Anlage mit tollem Pool ohne Zaun drum herum. Wir sind immer in dieser Anlage wenn wir in Spanien Urlaub machen.

Appartement et résidence très bien

Appartement très propre dans une jolie résidence avec vue sur la mer ! Piscine très bien ☺️👍 Très bon séjour en famille plage a 15 min à pied en contre bas. Jolie région mais comme beaucoup de villes espagnoles, beaucoup d immeubles qui gâchent le paysage. Ile de Tabarka incontournable !

Lovely apartment

Stayed here for our honeymoon and thrilled to be given a bottle of bubbly on arrival. Apartment was spacious and bright with plenty of storage space. Lovely balcony and very spacious . Beautiful pool and great location. Only negative for us was we were charged 69 euros for extra electricity which we felt very excessive as we only had the air con on overnight and no cooking. You are allowed 12kwh per day which seems impossible to keep too. It is written in the rules on vrbo but not written in English and at the very bottom so please keep this in mind

bel appartement

bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé . Suggestion: comme il y a un four, ce serai bien qu'il y ait 2 ou 3 plats adaptés pour ce four. La résidence est calme, jolie piscine, a proximité de la plage, des restaurants, supermarché... Je conseille pour 4 adultes ou famille avec enfants. Annie qui nous a remis les clés et fait visiter l'appartement très aimable et sympathique.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The air con was efficient, we used it a lot resulting in an extra payment of £28, which we didn't mind but we were not aware of this before we booked. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the beach, but very quiet.

Great appartment in a great location

Myself, my wife and two grown up children stayed here from 11/6/2019 to 20/6/2019. The accommodation was of high quality and the large balcony was great for alfresco dining and catching the morning sunshine. Location was also excellent being a short walk to Cabo Roig beach and a 5min walk to the strip with all the restaurants and bars. Have stayed in other rentals in this area and would rate this property as the best. Would certainly book again in the future. Communication with owners and the property manager were good.
