This is the most amazing VRBO we have stayed at - and we’ve been to lots. Ursula and Burghard were wonderful hosts. Not a detail has been overlooked! Our favorite was the outdoor space - 4 terraces in total. The one off the kitchen was so private and the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with a breeze and a view. The terrace off the living room has the most incredible view of the sea. The terrace off the master bedroom has loungers with cushions. The fourth terrace is off the third bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit for hot days but the cross breeze was usually sufficient for comfort. Big screen TV with lots of channels. Well equipped kitchen. A gorgeous and short walk to a great beach. Access to community swimming pool with a bar. A complimentary bottle of cava upon our arrival. It’s all quite extravagant. Don’t have a single complaint. You won’t be disappointed!!

Everything matches the photo. Clean, each room has a shower, air conditioning and a terrace. Electricity 10 kV per day is free, for the rest you have to pay. But it is right, so that air conditioners are not left in constant operation! The owners are very nice people. The sea is very close. The pool is not on the territory and is paid (not expensive). We checked in on August 21st, and on August 22nd it was my birthday, and the owners congratulated me from the very morning! It was very nice!

Hemos pasado una semana genial, el apartamento es increible, está equipado con todo lo necesario y no le falta ningun detalle. Sus terrazas son increibles al igual que las habitaciones, los baños y su gran salón. Los dueños son personas muy muy atentos y amables. El unico aspecto negativo es que en la aplicación pone que la piscina comunitaria esta incluida y no es asi. Tolle Wohnung und super nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist in einer Top Lage in der Nähe eines super schönen Strand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um einen. Die Wohnung an sich ist super schön, man hat einen super tollen Ausblick und man hat mehrere Terrassen, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit die ideale Lage wählen kann. Très beau mais trop de frais en supplément

Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais dans l’annonce , contrairement à ce qu’on pourrait croire, il faut payer un supplément de 10€ par jour pour le garage et il n’y a pas de piscine dans la résidence, seulement une piscine payante à 6€ par jour et par personne. Sans compter que nous n’avions droit qu’à 10kw d’électricité par jour compris dans la location, ce qui n’est absolument pas suffisant pour 5 personnes, surtout avec des chaleurs comme dans cette région la clim reste indispensable au moins la nuit, et même en la mettant que la nuit nous avons dû payer un supplément de 170€ plus 150€ de garage. Cela fait beaucoup trop de frais en supplément. La personne qui nous a accueillie est très gentille mais ce n’était pas la propriétaire. L’environnement de l’appartement est très calme, la plage est vraiment très proche ce qui est appréciable. Prévoir de prendre la voiture pour tout faire (aller boire un verre, les courses, et aller se promener sur el paseo…). Nous ne repartirons jamais dans cette location. Cela nous apprendra à bien lire entre les lignes !

Dear guests, as you inform, you had a really good stay in MARIPOSA! We're really glad. You will seldom find a comparable holiday home here. You had a large luxury apartment over 2 floors with about 130 square meters of living space and about 70 square meters of terraces - not a common standard. All rooms are comfortably equipped with air conditioning. If you live in a large living room and 3 bedrooms with 5 people in midsummer and use the air conditioning at night for more than 2 weeks, the electricity costs will increase. Then 10kw/day, which we provide to you free of charge, is of course not enough. Additional consumption will be charged at 30 cents per kw/h. All this is specified in the rental agreement and was also clearly communicated. The website also states that the swimming pool is chargeable! We have no influence on prices and opening times, as the pool is only operated externally during the high season. There is no great need (beach and sea are on the doorstep) Parking is free on the street by the house. Our guests can rent a large garage for €10 per day if they wish. This is optional and you were aware of it. It was clearly communicated several times and you had expressly decided to rent the garage! The satisfaction of our guests is a matter close to our hearts. In één woord; TOP !

Wat hebben we genoten in het appartement waarin werkelijk aan alles is gedacht en alles aanwezig is. Vooraf online en tijdens de vakantie zelfs live contact gehad met de eigenaren. Snelle reactie op eventuele vragen en zij staan overal voor open. Zeer vriendelijk ! Niets is niet waar van wat er in de omschrijving van het appartement staat, alles klopt. Wanneer de kinderen (15 en 17 jaar) "me-space" wilden hebben of dat we met z'n allen bij elkaar wilden zijn, binnen of buiten, het was allemaal mogelijk. Al het uitzicht op zee, dus van de ochtend tot in de nacht prachtig. Superfijne ligging 100 meter linksaf naar een mooi stuk bewaakt strand met strandtent, ligbedden en parasols en 100 meter rechtsaf naar het zwembad. Mooi bouwstijl van de gebouwen in zandkleur, rustig gelegen maar dichtbij wat reuring indien gewenst. Echt een aanrader dus !

Ruim penthouse dichtbij strand

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in dit ruime en complete appartement. Op loopafstand bevindt zich een heel fijn strand met strandbedjes en een eettentje. Voor meer vertier moet je rijden naar Guardamar of Torrevieja. Op website stond dat er een zwembad is maar dat klopt niet. Er is wel dichtbij een openbaar zwembad waar je entree voor moet betalen.

Wir haben Ihnen gern unser Penthouse Duplex zur Verfügung gestellt. Wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben und in der Kommunikation vorher deutlich gemacht, wird das vorhandene Schwimmbad öffentlich betrieben. Wir haben leider keinen Einfluss auf die Öffnungszeiten oder die Preisgestaltung. Wer mag, kann es ja gerne gegen Eintrittsgeld nutzen. Unsere Gäste genießen den Vorzug, direkt am Meer zu sein und die herrlichen Strände und das Baden im Mittelmeer gleich von der Wohnung aus genießen zu können, ohne erst mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen. Responde a las expectativas creadas en las fotos

Muy agradable. La finca impecable, tenía absolutamente de todo lo deseable y la atención muy buena. Habitaciones muy amplias y decoradas con gusto y muchas terrazas, para desayunar y cenar al aire libre. Dos alturas, lo que nos permitió llevar vacaciones paralelas a mi hijo adolescente en la planta de arriba y mi pareja y yo en la de abajo y también de juntarnos. La playa muy cerca y posibilidad de piscina también cerca. Había multitud de restaurantes próximos y de muy buena calidad, también fueron vacaciones gastronómicas. Nos sorprendió la cantidad de visitas turísticas interesantes a hacer, por lo visto fue un poblado muy valorado por civilizaciones antiguas y hay muchos vestigios (no necesariamente iglesias, más de tipo social). Por poner alguna pega, en el contrato había un tope de gasto de electricidad, por encima del cual avisaba que se cobraría un extra (de importe razonable), por lo que hubo que vigilar el contador. Algo de problema con el ruido de los grillos de noche. Aún así fue muy agradable y repetiría.

Totalmente recomendable

Vacaciones de lujo. La propiedad es amplia y no le falta ningún detalle. Limpia, cómoda y confortable. Con sus tres terrazas puedes hacer vida prácticamente en el exterior. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y a 4 min a pie de la playa de dunas. Tan sólo a tener en cuenta que la piscina que se publicita no es comunitaria, sinó de acceso público previo pago de una cuota diaria. Finalmente decir que la comunicación con la propietaria ha sido ágil y atenta en todo momento.
