Apartment on the ground floor with sea view reachable from a pedestrian street of 100 meters closed to traffic. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with another single bed, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Equipped with all the comforts including air conditioning and wifi, the house also has a terrace, large garden with swimming pool for adults and children
The garden is equipped with everything: umbrellas, sdradio, barbecue and wood-burning oven to make pizzas. The area is well served and you will find everything supermarket, pharmacy etc ... Getting around is also very easy, in fact you will have the bus stop just a few minutes away and the sea is only 15 minutes away.

Stupendo

Luciana and Marcello were wonderful, so cheerful and helpful, the apartment was homely and the view was outstanding…so restorative and peaceful. We look forward to a return trip and seeing them again

Schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schöner großer Balkon mit tollem Blick in die Berge und bis zum Meer. Gartennutzung mit Pool. Wir wurden von Luciana und Marcello sehr herzlich empfangen, schade dass wir kein Italienisch können, wir hätten uns gern mehr unterhalten. Man kann nicht direkt am Haus parken, mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, aber sehr eng, zur Wohnung muß man durch durch 4 engere Gassen laufen, aber es hat was. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, ruhig gelegen, weg vom Trubel. Uscia ist ein nettes uriges echt italienisches Dorf mit 2 Lebensmittelläden, Metzgerei, Bar und sehr guter Pizzeria. In 15 Minuten ist man am Meer, sehr schöne Gegend von La Spezia bis Genua. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Busverbindung ist sehr gut, auch Zugverbindung an der Küste entlang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Kleine feine Wohnung … Super Ausblick

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Krönung ist der Balkon. Frühstück mit Blick in die Berge bis zum Meer. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt um auszuschlafen und abzuschalten. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss an der Straße (sehr schmal) oder am Parkplatz (keine Parkplatzgarantie) parken. Jeweils 3 bis 5 Minuten zur Wohnung. Ohne Treppensteigen geht es nicht.

I proprietari della casa sono davvero carini e ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità. La casa è spaziosa e accessoriata, ha una vista sulle colline mozzafiato. Dista a 15 minuti dal mare in macchina, ma se non si è auto muniti lo si può raggiungere tranquillamente con il pullman. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene, è un posto perfetto se si cerca un pò di relax e di distacco dal caos della città.

Herrliche Entspannung mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir waren etwa eine Woche in Uscio - leider zu kurz. Die Ferienwohnung hält alles, was sie der Beschreibung nach verspricht. Ringsum tolle Natur, die zum Wandern einlädt und auch das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Und zur Erfrischung steht dann auch noch ein Pool bereit. Die Küche ist etwas älter, aber sauber und man findet jegliches notwendiges Geschirr. Der nicht vorhandene Geschirrspüler fördert die Kommunikation innerhalb der Reisegruppe. Das Bad und beide Schlafzimmer sind neuwertig und auch sehr sauber. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Sofa und einen Satellitenfernseher (haben wir nicht benutzt) und einen schönen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Besondere Erwähnung verdient der grandiose Blick vom Balkon, auf dem man im Schatten frühstücken und mit den letzten Sonnenstrahlen einen schönen Tagesabschluß genießen kann. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nochmals danke für die schönen Tage bei euch!

Real authentic Italian

Located on the steep hills, closely surrounded by other houses. In the middel of a authenic Italian community.The owners are lovely and very helpful. There is no direct access for cars. But this increases the authenticity and contact with the neighbours. 2 nice bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with TV and a terrace with mountain and sea views.
