On the first floor there is the kitchen equipped with all the utensils, microwave oven, kettle and washing machine in addition to a sofa bed for 1 person, air conditioning wi-fi.
First floor: spacious bedroom with double bed and a cot, 1 bathroom with shower, and hairdryer.
Mezzanine: Double bed. You also have an outdoor area for barbecues and relaxation.

CASALE A COREGLIA LIGURE
Casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo a 15 minuti di macchina dal mare(Chiavari Lavagna- Rapallo) . i proprietari sono cortesi e veramente simpatici . Fatevi consigliare da Alessandro sulle spiagge da visitare e dove mangiare non ve ne pentirete dei consigli ricevuti.a due passi dalla Trattoria Rosa dove assaggiare i pansotti ed il coniglio. Che dire posto bellissimo confortevole e paesaggio bucolico dove perdersi nella natura tra escursioni e grigliate

Nice and very clean holiday house
The Holiday house wa one of the mist clean house that I lived. The ovners are so polide and nice peoples. It s a little bit far from the beaches but it is at the same time a big advantage: the nights are not so much hot. Near to the holuday house you may find supermarkt and restaurants. Nice place for a nice holiday. History, beaches and nature they are all in this corner.

...vacanza fantastica...
...ho passato alcuni giorni nel periodo di capodanno in questa struttura assieme ad amici ed alle loro famiglie... abbiamo soggiornato nella Casa Bruno e nella Casa Stefano... e posso dire di essere soddisfatto di tutto quanto... sia della struttura, molto bella, ben riscaldata e con tutto il necessario che della disponibilità del proprietario, Alessandro, che è venuto incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta... anche se sembrerebbe molto distante, Casa Vacanza La Rosa si trova solamente a 15 min di auto da Chiavari e Lavagna...

Vacances en Ligurie
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alessandro dans ce petit village.
La petite maison était très propre et bénéficiait de tout le confort.
De plus nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la situation en pleine nature.
A recommander à ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité.

Stupendo weekend
L'appartamento per questa piccola vacanza è stato il migliore che abbiamo trovato negli ultimi 5 anni. Per quanto ogni anno usiamo Homelidays per scegliere l'alloggio delle nostre vacanze, questo è sicuramente il migliore. Inserito in un contesto di poche case tra la montagna ed il fiume Lavagna, rimane lontano dalla provinciale e quindi molto tranquillo.
Le bambine hanno giocato tranquille davanti casa senza pericoli. E' possibile fare delle belle passeggiate lungo i sentieri del monte o lungo la riva del fiume.
Per arrivare al mare e alle spiagge bastano venti minuti di macchinaed è possibile visitare tutta una serie di paesini della costa caratteristici.
L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco tempo con buon gusto. Spazioso, con roccia a vista ed arredato in modo semplice ma raffinato (probabilmente c'è la mano di Carmen in questo). L'abbiamo trovato pulito nei minimi particolari (per quanto questo dovrebbe essere scontato posso testimoniare che tante volte purtroppo non è così.
Se è possibile dò un 5 anche ad Alessandro per la disponibilità ed i consigli di qualsiasi tipo (dalla trattoria alla strade da seguire ai prodotti tipici da assaggiare).
Ottima sistemazione, da provare.

"L''appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos: très bel appartement Design, neuf, bien entretenu, propre et très agréable, au calme et au frais malgré l''absence d''une climatisation (ventilateur) et de connexion Wi Fi. Un lieu reposant en famille, en ami et en couple. À conseiller et à refaire."
