LAY OUT: This villa is distributed over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed with dressing room and the other with twin beds) with access to a terrace with open views to the mountains. There are two bathrooms (one with en-suite shower and the other with en-suite bath), a space with TV and WII and access to another terrace with laundry room. On the main floor, at pool level, we have two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a dining room. Finally a comfortable and spacious living room with access to the outside.

EXTERIOR: We have a beautiful and ideal private pool to cool on the hottest days of summer, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, a garden with palm trees, olive trees and plants. There is a covered furnished space for the barbecue and outdoor kitchen, perfect for a meal in the evening breeze. On the same covered terrace you have also a chillout area with comfortable sofas and wicker chairs. The property has a large patio at the entrance with stone table and chairs, plants and a Ping Pong table, where children can have fun. At the entrance of the villa there is ample space to park vehicles.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of the Benissa coast. Very close to its many crystal water coves, ideal for a rest from our busy workdays. Just 5 minutes drive from supermarkets and restaurants.
