Great property but with some issues

Loved the villa with a great pool, couldn’t fault the location but very dissatisfied with the following issues. No Internet/Wi-Fi which in this day and age is pretty poor also all internal instructions regarding the villa only in French as was the information regarding the local area. Communication with the property manager rather fraught with a seemingly lack of coordination between the owners and local agents regarding check in causing confusion to both parties. We assumed over our 11 day occupation the villa would be serviced at least once particularly the replacement of the rather meagre towels and bed linen. The pool was rather murky but when reported was acted upon which was much appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with the air conditioning being a real boon in the hot weather.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit für uns perfekter Aufteilung. Extrem sauber und schön möbliert, viel Stauraum vorhanden. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Kühlschrank. Pro Bett wurde Bettwäsche, 1 Duschhandtuch und ein kleineres zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns völlig ausreichend war. Guter Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern, dichte Jalousien, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Auch im Außenbereich viele Liegen und Stühle vorhanden, der Baum/Palmenbestand sorgt für Schatten. Das Grundstück ist von anderen umgeben, aber durch Mauern und Bepflanzung recht blickgeschützt. Die Einfahrt ist aufgrund der Hanglage etwas eng und für sehr große Autos eher nicht so gut geeignet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, vom Strand ca 1 km Fußweg entfernt. Der Meerblick ist eingeschränkt durch die umgebende Bebauung, am besten von der schönen Terrasse im 1. Stock. Der Pool ist toll, wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt.Kurz vor unserer Anreise hat der Vermieter noch extra WLAN eingerichtet, vielen Dank dafür! Während des Aufenthalts gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Herd, der Vermieter hat sofort reagiert und war auch am späten Abend zu erreichen. Das Problem hat sich dann von selbst erledigt. Kleine Anmerkung: da die Besitzer französisch -sprachig sind, sind Beschriftungen, Anleitungen und der Fernsehempfang französisch. Die Kommunikation war aber auch in Englisch super. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Super tolle Villa

Das Haus und der Garten sind supertoll. Auch der Pool ist perfekt und sehr gross. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zimmeraufteilung war perfekt. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc funktionierte einwandfrei. Supermarkt sehr nahe. Der kleine Strand kann auch zu Fuss erreicht werden. Liegt aber deutlich mehr als 500m vom Haus entfernt. Das war das einzig Negative. Das Restaurant am Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke den netten Vermietern.

Sejour parfait!

Nous avons loué cette villa pendant 2 semaines et nous avons passé un séjour formidable. L'annonce et sa description correspondent en tout point à la réalité. L'accueil, la propreté, le matériel mis à disposition, sans oublier la piscine, tout est de qualité. Les nombreux commentaires francophones nous ont rassurés au moment de louer cette villa, nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi cet endroit est autant apprécié. Enfin, et c'est important, les propriétaires et les personnes à l'arrivée sont d'une extrême gentilesse, disponible à la moindre demande.

The property is superb, well maintained and well appointed.

This was 10 days of heaven. We returned home fully relaxed with batteries charged. There are neighbouring properties surrounding the location, but whilst we were there the area was mostly quiet and peaceful. The property itself is well equipped with a fantastic Kitchen and is well laid out. The bedrooms rooms are Air Conditioned if required and have Mosquito nets on the windows, if not, generally leading to a good nights sleep. We would highly recommend the accommodation. We found Karine and Vincent the owners to be very professional and friendly and payments, deposits etc were clearly set out and adhered to. It would have been helpful to have spoken a little Spanish as the lady who looks after the place only speaks Spanish. Not even my attempt at speaking french helped with that problem, but we got by. If hiring a car, don't get anything too big as the drive curves and is quite tight, but we managed without any damage to a new Renault Clio. The Jaguar I normally drive might have struggled. Nous rentrons de 2 semaines de vacances dans cette location et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le logement est conforme à la description de l'annonce. C'était très propre, bien entretenu (intérieur comme extérieur) et tout confort. La piscine est très grande et c'était bien appréciable car nous avons eu un très beau temps. Lotissement calme. Les environs sont très sympa (Benissa, Moreira …) Les propriétaires bien qu'en France, sont très disponibles. Tout s'est très bien passé et nous envisagerons peut être d'y revenir. Nous recommandons cette location.

A fantastic place to stay

We spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. We could not be happier. It had a large pool, was pretty close to the beach, and was clean and modern with all necessary equipment. The host was very friendly and professional, so the booking went very smoothly. Would recommend this to everyone.

Panne de la climatisation pendant 5 jours, Travaux pour la construction d'une maison juste à côté qui débute pendant le début de notre séjour. Gêne incroyable bruit, poussière, camions lorsque l'on profitait de la piscine. Vue imprenable sur la piscine ou est la promesse : calme et intimité .... Aucune compensation du propriétaire sur le prix payé et qui dit bien que ce n'est pas de sa faute et qu'il savait qu'il y aurait une construction. Dommage qu'il est manqué de franchise quand nous avons réservé cela n'a jamais été dit. C'est vraiment inadmissible à ce prix. Ne leur faite pas confiance.

Nous sommes désolés pour notre réponse tardive. Il existe parfois des gens de mauvaise foi, qui recherchent toujours le petit incident pour grapiller quelques euros sur le prix d'une location et qui se plaignent en permanence d'anomalies utopiques. Je parle bien évidemment de vous. Nous ne sommes pas à la recherche de locataires comme vous. Lisez les autres commentaires de tous nos precedents locataires et cherchez l'erreur ....Nous sommes très précautionneux du bien être de nos hôtes et faisons tout notre possible pour qu'ils puissant passer de très bonnes vacances. Au plaisir de ne plus vous avoir comme locataire.

villa très agréable

Villa très agréable, très bien équipée. Très bien entretenue à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (le jardin est impeccable). Elle est fonctionnelle et très bien décorée... Elle est située proche de la plage de la Fustéra (petite plage de sable fin surveillée, avec parking ombragé), idéale pour les enfants... Un petit supermarché est situé entre la plage et la maison, très pratique... Le seul petit défaut à nos yeux : si vous avez une voiture type coupé vous ne pourrez pas vous garer à l'intérieur de la maison, car au niveau du portail il y a une des pentes importantes et le bas de caisse frotte. Vous pourrez cependant vous garer à l'extérieur devant le garage dans la rue, le quartier est résidentiel et cela ne pose aucun soucis. Angela qui s'occupe des formalités d'accueil est très sympathique... les propriétaires sont à l'écoute.... Suggestion d'amélioration : proposer le Wifi (?) En résumé, c'est une maison que l'on conseille vraiment...Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable.

Si vous possédez une voiture basse, le stationnement à l'intérieur de la propriété est effectivement un peu difficile. Nous sommes également en train de voir pour faire installer la wifi. Disfrutamos mi mujer mis hijos y yo de unas semana en esta casa el pasado mes de junio. La casa es recien reformada, todo el mobiliario es nuevo y de calidad. La piscina es bastante grande y además el agua esta climatizada , con lo que el agua estaba estupenda a pesar de que no hacía mucho calor. La parcela es bastante grande, y esta situada en una zona muy tranquila de chalets ,. Esta cerca de calpe , y hay un super al que se puede bajar andando, Es ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la piscina tanto durante el día como por la noche. Totalmente recomendable.

excellente villa

très belle villa situer dans un lotissement calme villa bien organiser et bien entretenue très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et surtout la piscine chauffée et les voisins discret, a recommander au couple avec enfant et chien et un grand merci au propriétaire pour avoir très bien entretenue la maison
