Great stay!

Absolutely, I'm happy to include those details! One of the things that made my stay at your vacation apartment in Zoutelande even more enjoyable was the fact that it was dog-friendly. Being able to bring my furry friend along with me made the trip all the more special, and we both enjoyed long walks along the beach and exploring the town together. Additionally, I was thrilled to discover that the apartment was equipped with an infrared cabin. This was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or beach activities. The cabin was easy to use and provided a wonderfully soothing heat that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. All in all, I cannot recommend this vacation apartment highly enough. It truly has everything you could ask for in a holiday rental - a fantastic location, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and even extra amenities like a dog-friendly policy and an infrared cabin. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Das Zimmer/Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr weich, was wir allerdings sehr mögen, es war im Appartement sauber, das ist es was für uns zählt, denn in den Fluren war es sehr unsauber und das hat sich leider in den sechs Tagen, die wir da waren, nicht geändert. Was anzumerken ist, dass es recht hellhörig ist und sich auch leider einige Gäste nicht an die Hausordnung gehalten haben (lautes Reden im Flur in der Nacht, Hundegekläffe) Aus unserer Sicht können die Vermieter allerdings gegen Menschen, die sich nicht darum scheren, sich an die Hausordnung zu halten wenig tun. Die gesamte Organisation rund um Buchung, Parkplatz, Check in u. Check out war exzellent! Die Strandnähe und schnelle Erreichbarkeit anderer sehenswerter Orte ist ebenfalls super! Was wir uns bei längerem Aufenthalt wünschen würden, wäre eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit (Sofa oder Sessel) und mehr Ablagefläche und Aufhängungsmöglichkeit im Bad. Wir haben uns trotz der Kritik wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder buchen.

Lage ist wirklich gut. Aber: Die Parkplätze sind selbst für Kleinwagen zu eng. Unser Zimmer (Apartment 13)hatte leider ein Bad in dem es ständig nach Kanal gerochen hat. Sauberkeit ging so. Der Aufzug war defekt, also immer alles zu Fuß in den zweiten Stock.

Besonders gut gefielen uns das bequeme Boxspringbett und die Küchenzeile, mit der wir ganz einfach unser Frühstück zubereiten konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur eine Minute Fußweg zum traumhaften Strand, wo wir unsere Tage mit Sonnenbaden und Genießen der wunderschönen Umgebung verbrachten. Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe waren gut.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Sie war sauber und groß genug für zwei Personen, und das Badezimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben den separaten Eingang und die gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile sehr geschätzt. Die Einrichtung war zwar nicht besonders aufregend, aber funktional. Die Nähe zum Strand von Zoutelande war ein großer Pluspunkt, und wir haben die Radwege in der Gegend genossen. Insgesamt war es ein praktischer Aufenthalt ohne größere Beanstandungen.

Leider zogen sich durch den Urlaub immer wieder Ärgernisse, die durch die Unterkunft entsandten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Färbung reservierte Parkplatz belegt. An der Hotline wurde uns geraten einen beliebigen anderen parklapltz zu wählen.

Leider sehr unsauber und Wasserschaden

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, da wir erst den Schmutz der Vorgänger beseitigen mussten. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser waren sehr schmutzig, teilweise sogar mit Essensreste. Im Zimmer war ein großer Wasserschaden, im Bad roch es stark nach Urin. Die Lage strandnah war gut, das Personal sehr höflich. Die Appartementanlage hat Herbergscharakter. Wir sind zwar nicht mit Hund angereist, ich denke aber, dass es für Familien mit Hund interessant sein könnte.
