Good holiday

Best location. The reception to the apartment was confusing. We received the messages very late. And the informacion was insufficient. We lost the electricity many times and we had no information about the location of the electrical cabinet! But we found it!! Too much traffic and noice in night time -> we chanced the bedroom. It was very cold in apartment, but there was enough warm blankets :)And shower gave us very warm water. Enough kitchen utensils.

Disappointing, but could be excellent

The property is in an excellent location and is intrinsically an really good option for 2 to 4 guests but is let down by a lack of sufficient care and attention to detail: The booking process stipulated by the leasing company is confusing. It is very prescriptive but pro-formas did not always work and some couldn’t be submitted. Apparently essential requirements sometimes turned out not to be necessary after all. Payment had to be by a method unapproved according to the Vrbo website but, apparently, approved for this lessor. The description should not have listed the property as having parking. The town has parking (as described in the detail), but at some distance from the property. It is not really suitable for 6; the dining table/area/seating is inadequate, and there is inadequate crockery and cutlery. The furniture in the living room renders all power points in that room inaccessible whether the sofa bed is used or not. The apartment is reasonably well appointed and has a functional but quirky layout but parts have been poorly maintained. The kitchen is poorly equipped, even for just two. Instruction manuals for appliances were provided but there was no practical or visitor information.

Hello Jeremy, thank you very much for you review ! First of all, we are very glad you liked the house per se. For the booking process, we are trying our best to make it as perfect as could be, and we thought we had a rather goodsite, but we will check it again. About the payment, it is the only way we can collect the payment as Vrbo is not in charge of it, unfortunately. Refering to the parking place, certainly there is one next to the cathedral (6 mins walking away from the property). As for the 6 person house, it is the maximum capacity, we do understand it's not the optimized configuration. To conclude, we will check again for maintenance and disposition of the furniture ! Thanks for your help, we are hoping to see you again some time in the future !
