Wir verbrachten vier Tage im Ferienhaus welches in allen Belangen überzeugte. Es ist ruhig gelegen und von der Terasse hat man eine sensationelle Rundsicht in die Natur. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und der Pool ist super. Idealer Ort um abzuschalten und die Natur zu geniessen! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm.Wir empfehlen diesen Ort wärmstens.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich, telefonisch zu erreichen.Der weite Blick von der großen Terrasse war phantastisch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für 2 Personen ausreichend, etwas unpersönlich. Ein kleiner Beistelltisch für das Glas Wein fehlte uns. Wir haben je einen Stuhl ins Bad und ins Schlafzimmer gestellt zur Kleiderablage.Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer müsste abgehobelt werden, sie lässt sich nicht schließen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Trotz der Verspätung unserer Anreise hat uns unser Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen! Am folgenden Tag konnten wir das Anwesen und die Wohnung bestaunen und waren sehr begeistert. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer war schlicht umwerfend und das Bergpanorama rings um ist traumhaft.Der dazugehörige Garten ist riesig und bietet die Möglichkeit in einer Sonnen liege dort die Ruhe zu genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Gran Calma, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. In 20 min kann man zu Fuß die netten Restaurants in Santa Lucia erreichen. Johannes war sehr gastfreundlich.

Sehr schöne Lage in den Bergen von Gran Canaria. Das Appartement war sauber und schön. Den Kindern hat natürlich der Pool und Whirlpool am besten gefallen neben den Baby Katzen natürlich. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Anbieter war reibungslos und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder

Estancia agradable

El apartamento está bien equipado. Tiene detalles como cápsulas de café, azúcar, gel y champú, toallas de playa pero le falta poner servilletas y una terraza privada para desayunar al sol.Las zonas comunes están bien si estás solo, pero si compartes con los demás apartamentos hay poca privacidad y espacio. Creemos que es un proyecto interesante pero inacabado, aún así lo recomendamos.

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios. La terraza privada estara lista en corto plazo, pero mientras se puede usar el pequeño patio que se encuentra en la entrada del apartamento con mesa y sillas, donde hay sol por las mañanas. También en la azotea del apartamento pondremos muebles de jardín de inmediato. Si faltan pequeñeces como servilletas simplemente avisarnos. Respecto al uso compartido de las zonas comunes, el otro departamento es de uso privado del propietario.

Alles war super in der wohnung. Sehr sauber und sortiert. Wasser in der Dusche war schön warm aber leider etwas zu wenig. Und wurde schnell kalt. Wirpool sehr sauber und schön. Lage für Wanderer sehr gut. Der Weg zum Meer lang.Gastgeber ist seh Nett.

Danke für das Feedback. Wir haben das überprüft. Das Heißwasser in der Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei, für Langduscher kann man evtl. die Therme noch etwas höher einstellen.
