Apartment located on the ground floor of the building has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, an outdoor courtyard and an internal parking space. The apartment does not have bed linen and bath towels. The supply is foreseen with the additional payment of € 10 per person.
It is located about 600 meters from the main beach of Budoni, not far away there are also a supermarket, two pizzerias and a pastry shop.
The town center, reachable on foot in a few minutes, offers bakeries, banks, post office, pharmacy, supermarkets, numerous bars, ice cream parlors and pizzerias.
Budoni, with its 18 km of coasts and creeks and lush pine forests, offers a splendid scenery.
A lively country where folk festivals, culinary traditions and folkloristic events alternate with fun-filled evenings. The typical markets are very attractive.
Easily accessible, it is located about 30 km south from the port and airport of Olbia, and a few km from San Teodoro. Moreover, it is an excellent starting point to visit the Costa Smeralda or the splendid Gulf of Orosei with its wonderful coves.

Alloggio perfetto per girare la zona

L'alloggio è ottimamente collegato con la strada principale di Budoni, piena di locali e supermercati, e con una nuova strada che porta alla spiaggia e bypassa il centro (non è cosa secondaria perché durante il nostro soggiorno, dalle 20 in poi, il centro diventava isola pedonale). Con 15 minuti si può tranquillamente arrivare in zona San Teodoro facendo percorsi alternativi o, in 5 minuti, raggiungere la statale e muoversi a piacimento verso nord o sud. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il parcheggio interno e il cancello automatico. L'appartamento corrisponde a quanto scritto in descrizione e ha due condizionatori nelle due camere da letto e una lavatrice posta all'esterno. E soprattutto vogliamo segnalare la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'host sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Esperienza molto positiva e host decisamente consigliato.

passable Wohnung in Strand- und Stadtnähe (ca. 10 min)

Der Checkin verlief holprig, da in der Annonce eine falsche Hausnummer des Objektes enthielt (33 statt 21). Mit Hilfe unsere Fahrers haben wir dann das richtige Haus gefunden. Die Tochter unserer Ansprechpartnerin war dann auch vor Ort und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wurden noch geklärt und kosteten etwas Zeit, sonst ok. Wohnung ist leider nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder und Lärmempfindliche, da es sehr hellhörig ist. Es sind 3-4 Wohnungen, die an Feriengäste vermietet werden und man hört fast alles aus allen Wohnung. Bettwäsche+ Handtücher 10€ p. P. auch für 1 jährige Kinder Für Kinder generell geeignet, da eingezäuntes Grundstück Etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum und ca 10 min vom Strand Kleiner Supermarkt um Ecke ca. 3 Minuten. Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd und Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, das Nötigste ist da. Abwaschschwamm, Spülmittel, Salz etc. nicht vorhanden, Geschirrhandtücher ja.

Our stay in Budoni was absolutely great. The house is perfect: clean, beautiful, and confortable. The rooms are big and the bed quite comfy, the air conditioning is great although the house doesn't get too warm. The kitchen is very functional and the external area is also very pleasant. The house is much prettier than in the photos. We also liked the location because we could easily walk both to the beach and to the city center. Our host was also absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and always available for any communication. everything was excellent.
