From the garden of the house, 1400 square meters wide, it is also possible to access an agricultural land belonging to the same property, located on the top of the Maiorca hill, from which it is possible to admire the panorama of the sea and the Budoni hills behind.

We fell in love with this place

Just returned from a wonderful week in this apartment: It was all so marvelous! Mario and his parents are very nice and polite people. The apartment was clean and well equipped. A great base to explore the east coast. We will be back for sure! Mario's English is perfect and he could not have been more helpful! Thank you very much! Highly recommended!

Una casa immersa nella natura e nel silenzio...che meraviglia!!!

È stata davvero una bellissima vacanza! La casa è veramente molto bella, arredata con gusto, curata nei dettagli e ben attrezzata. La posizione è a dir poco meravigliosa: la veranda, bellissima, si affaccia da un lato sulla tipica campagna sarda e dall'altro lato si scorge il mare in lontananza. Da questa veranda, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaporare delle albe e dei tramonti davvero unici! I proprietari si sono rivelati delle persone davvero squisite, disponibili e molto gentili! Valutazione generale: ottimo!!

Bellissima e comoda casa per vacanze

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia 6 giorni in questa casa molto confortevole e bella.. ottima come base per andare in tutte le spiagge di Budoni e San Teodoro.. i padroni di casa gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta.. la consiglio a tutti.. spero di ritornare in futuro

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, située dans un endroit calme et en même temps proche de la voie rapide, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. La maison est très agréable , très propre et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. Merci à Mario et sa famille pour leur accueil si chaleureux.

La casa si trova in collina, immersi nel verde e nel silenzio ! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e come descritto ! Vacanza super rilassante. Disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari. Torneremo sicuramente !

maison agréable

Maison assez grande pour 4. Elle est bien située pour visiter le nord est de la Sardaigne. Proche des 4 voies rapides, elle permet de joindre une ville rapidement car le réseau secondaire en Sardaigne n'est pas toujours pratique et confortable. Budoni, Brunella,San Teodoro...sont a 10-15mns en voiture. Pour les amateurs de nuits étoilées au son des grillons. Côté équipements la maison propose beaucoups de chose. On regrettera l'absence de climatiseurs ou ventilateurs qui en plein mois d'août pèse un peu. Côté jardin et terrasse on aurait apprécié une ou deux chaises longues pour boire son café plus détendu. Sinon en équipement vaiselle c'etait parfait si Mario pense à ajouter grand couteau a pain et a viande ou même un grille pain so frenchy... Quant aux propriétaires, nous avons rencontré des personnes bien intentionnées et soucieuses de notre séjour. Donc dans l'ensemble très belle prestation mais des petits efforts sont encore necessaires pour gagner notre 5eme 🌟.

Per chi ama la tranquillità e la natura

La casa e realmente tranquilla e il giardino davvero grande. L'appartamento è nuovissimo e e nel giardino, che è stato praticamente tutto a nostra disposizione, visto che i padroni al piano terra non c'erano si poteva parcheggiare all'ombra degli alberi. Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito.
