About this property

The Annexe -Studio apartment with hot tub in a rural location nr to Leeds Castle

The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub. Continental breakfast is available at a charge of £8 per person. We can accommodate two adults and a child (additional charge will be applicable for a 3rd person)

The studio has a king size bed, ensuite shower room & small kitchenette. We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered! TV & Wifi. Tea, coffee are provided foc.
There is a toaster, microwave and fridge.
We can also provide a travel cot or single put you up bed at an additional charge. Please request details

Guest will be able to access the studio via their own private entrance.
Interaction with guests

I generally welcome guests on arrival to the Annexe. It is important that guests get the most out of their stay and so I like to offer any help they may require on arrival. I then leave guests to enjoy their stay.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty located at the end of a bridleway/track. Ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. May not be suitable for very low suspension cars in the winter.

The Annexe is located a mile up a private track/bridleway. Leeds Castle is only a short drive away from the Annexe.

There are also local pubs serving excellent food to walk or drive to. Bearsted Green is approximately 2 miles away.

a quit area , and cows nearby greenery all around. And very comfortable clean 5 star Annex with a privet garden, beach chairs, BBQ area, and hot tube, a real holiday! and you have everything you need, I even got a cot for my child. waiting to come again!

Great place, nice and quite and private. Very clean and high standards, very comfortable bed and the powerful hot shower was amazing. The private hot tube was the highlight. 5 stars and highly recommended a stay at the Annex

Great stay, very clean. Outside looked beautiful lit up at night, hot tub was amazing, bed was lovely and comfy. Only thing I would say is difficult to get cabs to and from restaurants nearby, not in walking distance and got a bit stuck at one point. However, Julie was great helping us out with an alternative cab company which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks so much!

Beautiful little annex situated around gorgeous greenery. The place was private and well looked after. The hot tub was to die for with it all being lit up at night. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would definitely recommend. 5 stars :)

Christmas weekend break

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here from the 20th - 22nd. Julie was an excellent host and the annexe was stunning, it was spotless, cosy and done out beautifully (even with an additional Christmas tree which was a lovely touch!!). The hot tub was a great additional bonus. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a relaxing stay! Thank you again Julie :)
