We had a great holiday in Arezzo. The house is charming, well maintained and fully equiped. The large garden with mature trees and a large size pool are the best. The hospitality of Loretta and Fabio is outstanding. The area of Arezzo offers plenty of beautyful day trips. We had an warm pizza night with the family.

Beautiful property!!! Accurate photos on listing. All amenities here in this very comfortable Valletta. 6 minute drive to Arezzo and wonderful walking paths everywhere. Hosts were helpful and keep property so well maintained!! We did not use pool because it was too cool but it looks like it would be great in warmer months

Incredible location with even sweeter hosts. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer!

Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great. Overall, we will absolutely recommend this stay and would love to return and stay again! Thank you both so much for your hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was fantastic and a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Tuscany.What truly made this stay special, however, were the hosts. Fabio and Loretta are among the warmest and most welcoming people we have ever met. They gave us great recommendations, made us feel at home from the very first moment, and even treated us to an unforgettable pizza evening.We were traveling with our dog Woody, and he was just as welcome as we were. The property is very pet-friendly and offers plenty of space to relax.This was our first time booking a holiday apartment, and it has set the bar incredibly high. We left with beautiful memories, full camera rolls, and honestly a little sadness that our stay had come to an end.Thank you, Fabio and Loretta. We hope to return one day

Peaceful Retreat

Staying here has been the highlight of our trip! We loved getting away from the busy tourist areas and seeing smaller towns. Our hosts, Loretta and Fabio, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible from the practical-helping navigate the washing machine-to the extraordinary-digging up ta truffle in their yard for us and cooking us pizza in their wood burning pizza oven! And we loved their dog, Puccio!!! I highly recommend staying here!! We’d love to come back!!!

What a wonderful location , peaceful and relaxing Fabio and Loretta were amazing hosts we felt like family . They were available at all times to help us navigate our needs. Wir waren sogar 2 Stunden vor Check-in vor Ort und wurden sofort herzlichst empfangen von Loretta & Fabio, wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und wurden am Abend direkt mit einer Flasche selbstgemachten Wein begrüßt.Die beiden standen uns für Fragen und Empfehlungen immer zur Verfügung auch der kurze Kontakt über WhatsApp lief reibungslos auf einer gesunden Mischung italienisch/englisch.Wir haben leider nicht das beste Poolwetter gehabt aber an einem Tag war es warm genug, der Pool war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Generell das ganze Anwesen und Gasthaus war sehr gut gepflegt und ist einfach Toskana Pur mit dem authentischen Steinhaus.Der kleine Hund Puccio war auch sehr süß und werden wir natürlich genauso wie vermissen wie die beiden.Die Unterkunft ist herzlichst zu empfehlen, Arezzo hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt und auch ziemlich groß jedoch fühlt es sich nicht touristenüberlaufen wie im Vergleich andere.Noch ein persönliches Dankeschön an den besten Taxifahrer Fabio, welcher uns noch zum Arezzo Bahnhof morgens gefahren hat und abends wieder abgeholt hat um einen schönen Trip nach Rom zu verherrlichen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang auch für unseren Hund. Sehr großzügiges, eigenständiges Haus, direkter Zugang zum grossen pool. Zahlreiche Plätze für Frühstück und Aperitif.In 7 Minuten am Parkplatz Arezzo Nähe Rolltreppe. Lediglich einige Fehler der Elektrik waren zu bemängeln und die sehr enge Treppe zum Schlafzimmer (für ältere Leute).

Excellent séjour grâce à l'accueil de Loretta et Fabio. Propriété très agréable avec un vaste jardin et une belle piscine. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und standen uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite. Prachtige ruime accomodatie

Het is een prachtige ruime accommodatie. In de grote gezellig ingerichte tuin hadden wij het zwembad voor ons alleen. Loretta heeft uitleg gegeven over de wasmachine. Fabio heeft ons eerdere tips over de omgeving gegeven.Broodjes haalden we bij de bakker Pane Amore Sogni op 5 minuten rijden.

Siamo stati ospiti di Loretta e Fabio per 2 settimane a fine settembre 2024 con due persone e un cane. L'alloggio era bellissimo ed esattamente come nelle foto, con molto spazio aggiuntivo (ad esempio il giardino d'inverno). La grande proprietà recintata con piscina era a nostra disposizione solo ed era l'ideale per il nostro cagnolino. Non era possibile scappare. Dato che il tempo ha collaborato, abbiamo potuto fare ampio uso della grande piscina. Attrazioni come Arezzo, Firenze, Siena erano facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Loretta e Fabio erano sempre disponibili a dare consigli e supporto. Il momento clou è stato l'invito ad una serata barbecue toscana con Loretta e Fabio. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo questo alloggio in qualsiasi momento se visitassimo nuovamente la Toscana. È un peccato che sia finito così in fretta.

wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub ganz in de Nähe von Arezzo

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf diesem großzügigen Anwesen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem seperaten Teil das alten Bauernhauses und ist sehr geräumig und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Für unseren 14 jährigen Sohn waren das vorhandene WLAN und der riesige Pool DAS highlight. Loretta und Fabio, die Gastgeber haben uns so herzlich aufgenommen, dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten und es uns schwerfiel wieder abzureisen. Mit Rat und Tat standen sie uns zur Seite. Wir danken sehr, sehr für einen wunderschönen, fröhlichen Abend mit Euch beiden und Fabios köstlicher Pizza aus dem hauseigenen Holzofen. Danke, dass Ihr mein grauenhaftes rudimentäres Italienisch ertragen habt...:-)

Een paradijsje in Toscane

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven en om Toscane te ontdekken. Op 10 minuten van het centrum van Arezzo en op een uurtje rijden van Siena. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en de foto's op de site laten een werkelijk beeld zien van het huis en de tuin. De eigenaren zijn geweldig aardig en behulpzaam. Hun ontvangst was een heerlijk welkom in Italië. Alles is in het huis aanwezig, wifi ok. Het ruime tweepersoons bed is van goede kwaliteit en heel fijn dat er op de bovenverdieping ook een toilet is (badkamer met toilet is beneden). De trap vanuit de woonkamer naar boven is wat smal maar de slaapkamer is ook prima bereikbaar via de buitentrap. En de tuin met zwembad ... zo mooi! Alles maakt dat dit een geweldig adres is voor een stel dat en van uitstapjes en van rust houdt. De authentieke Italiaanse sfeer van de plek met de vriendschap van Loretta en Fabio maakten het voor ons een onvergetelijke week. Onze hond heeft het er ook zo fijn gehad (grote omheinde tuin) en heeft er een vakantie hondenvriendje aan overgehouden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Traumhafter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit einem großzügig und wunderschön angelegten Garten und einem großartigen Pool, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Durch die freundliche, herzliche und zugewandte Art von Loretta und Fabio haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir erhielten von beiden auch sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung, die wir sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen haben und die uns die Toskana näher gebracht haben. Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren mit unserer Familie (Kinder 10 und 15 Jahre) 11 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Anwesen und der Pool sind riesig und man hat absolute Ruhe in dieser idyllischen Lage. Das Haus ist ein wunderschönes typisch toskanisches Haus mit tollem Ambiente. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen, ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll. Die Gastgeber sind unfassbar herzlich und liebevolle Menschen, die uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Bellissimo / Wunderschön

Loretta und Fabio sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Diskret im Hintergrund und immer vor Ort wenn man Ihre Unterstützung oder Ratschläge benötigt. Im Haushalt gibt es alles was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem brauchbaren, neuwertigen Zustand. Der riesige Aussenbereich sowie der grosse Pool standen uns zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es ist eine Bereicherung zwei so liebevolle Gastgeber kennen lernen zu dürfen. Wir haben Sie fest in unsere Herzen geschlossen und kommen bestimmt wieder zurück. So schön!!

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende wunderbar. Wir haben die Zeit in Arezzo wirklich genossen und möchten uns hier nochmals bei unseren Gastgebern Loretta und Fabio von Herzen bedanken. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man kann von dort aus in angemessenen Zeiten schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen. Hinweise und Tipps dazu haben wir von Loretta bekommen. Das Haus selbst ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Betten (wichtig!) bequem. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage für den Fall der Fälle. Auch wenn ich mich als ungeübte Pizzabäckerin geoutet habe, war der Abend mit den Gastgebern sehr schön und lustig. Und wer weiß: Vielleicht klappt es ja mit ein wenig Übung doch nochmal mit dem richtigen Pizzateig :-)) Also zusammenfassend kann ich sagen: Ich vermisse jetzt schon unsere morgendliche Tasse "Cafè tedesco) und wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt. Ein kleines Paradies zum Entspannen

Pool, kleine Terrasse, Kickertisch, Tischtennis, ein fester Grill und ein riesen Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber-Fabio und Loretta sind total toll und lieb. Wir haben uns beim gemeinsamen essen angefreundet. Ergo: Das tolle Domizil ist sehr zu empfehlen und gerade für Hundebesitzer super, weil es komplett umzäunt ist. Der kleine Puccio, der Hund von Loretta und Fabio ist auch lieb und spielt gerne. Wir sagen: 1+ mit Sternchen

Danke, vielen Dank für deine netten Worte.. aber glaub uns Martin und Sabrina.. wir sind nur gesunde Träger von allem, was uns von authentisch schönen Menschen wie dir geschenkt wird! Wir spüren immer noch die Leere, die du hinterlassen hast und der kleine Puccio schaut sich verwirrt um.. auch er findet seinen tollen Freund Teddy nicht mehr. Alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft, der Pool und der großzügige Garten waren genauso traumhaft wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und eine tolle Ausstattung. Tolle Lage, man kann von dort superschnell in die Stadt und schöne Ausflüge machen. Vielen Dank an Loretta, Fabio und Puccio. Sie waren sehr tolle, herzensgute Vermieter.
