About this property

Detached house 3 ***, sea view, swimming pool, 100 m from the beach

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. Our pretty single storey house, called OUESSANT, has just been revamped. It is located 100 meters from the beach and the GR34, is independent, has a terrace, a private enclosed garden and a sea view. 2 parking spaces. The market town of Conquet and the shops are 15 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car.
Non smoking rental.
Facing south-west, it enjoys an ideal location near Bilou beach and the GR 34 for walks along the coast.

Kitchen area: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food mixer.

Eating area 8 people

Lounge area with 2 sofas (sofa bed and BZ), television.

Bedroom 1 with a 140X190 bed
Bedroom 2 with two 90X190 beds
Bedroom 3 (small) with two 90X190 bunk beds.

Large shared swimming pool, heated and covered, depth of 1.20m to 2.00m, with a young children's area 40 cm deep.
The shared swimming pool may be closed outside school holidays between November and the end of February. Ask the owner.

The prices are indicated for a base of 4 people, except in July and August when there is no supplement.
40 € per additional person.
A deposit of 300 € is requested on arrival to guarantee the damage that could be caused during the stay. It is returned after the inventory on departure.

Ein kleines, aber komfortables Häuschen für die Familie. Die Wiese im Garten ist leider voller Kletten, ungünstig für einen Hund mit langem Fell. Wir haben die Nähe zu Schwimmbad und Meer sehr genossen. Die kleine Bucht mit Sandstrand ist ideal zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung ist nett und unkompliziert.Für die Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner wird eine Gebühr erhoben, das hat mich etwas geärgert.

Maison bien située

Maison très bien située à moins de 5 minutes du sentier côtier et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la ville. Bien aménagée, tous le nécessaire y est. Point négatif : la literie du lit 140x190 est clairement à revoir. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la semaine (pas de test sur les autres lits car nous n'étions que 2). La machine a laver qui est commune à tous les logements de la résidence et payante (ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce)

superbes vacances

logement très agréable. Propre et très calme. La 3ème chambre est petite et occupée par les équipements ménagers (balais etc...) c'est dommage mais nous n'étions que 3 donc nous ne l'avons pas occupée. Les personnes qui se sont occupées de notre arrivée et de notre départ étaient très sympathiques. Lieux de vacances à recommander.

Formidable séjour

On a passé une semaine géniale dans cette maison idéalement située près de la mer et du GR34, l'annonce était totalement conforme à la réalité en tout point de vue, maison joliment décorée et super bien équipée. Je la recommande. Merci pour l'accueil et les échanges agréable par téléphone et par mer. Nous nous sommes bien requinquées. De plus la météo a été un vrai plus, une journée de pluie sur une semaine, quoi demander de plus !!! Merciiii

Séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce logement en famille et avons profité d'une météo excellente. Le logement est correct mais la qualité des couchages est moyen. Les équipements indispensable sont là. Le Wifi était quasi inutilisable pour nos besoins. Le jardin est un plus mais manque d'ombrage, impossible de rester dehors en plein soleil. La piscine chauffée est idéale pour les enfants. La plage à 100m n'est pas terrible mieux vaut faire quelques kilomètres au alentour pour plus de confort et de qualité.

Nous étions déjà venus il y a 2 ans et nous avons beaucoup apprécié tous les changements. La maison a été refaite et est maintenant très fonctionnelle : la cuisine aménagée est très pratique et tout l'équipement de la cuisine et des chambres a été renouvelé. Agréable séjour pour une première expérience bretonne.

Maison agréable, propre, qui correspond aux photos. Tès bien équipée, décorée avec goût et avec une vue , de la terrasse, sur l'océan Atlantique. Piscine couverte, chauffée, propre et surtout parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants. Des places de parking (2), sont attribuées au logement, ce qui permet de venir à plusieurs, l'habitation peut tout à fait accueillir un groupe de 6 à 8 personnes je pense. Puis, maison idéalement située. Près des côtes, pour des ballades à vous couper le souffle, tellement la vue est magnifique, d'une plage et à proximité du centre ville, environ 15 min a pieds par la côte, 5 min par la route. Bref... Je conseille vivement de vivre cette expérience

Idéale avec nos enfants

Séjour particulièrement agréable. Nos enfants étaient ravis de profiter de la piscine chauffée et de l'aire de jeu. La plage n'est qu'à 100 m et malgré la période nous avons pu en profiter, il faisait très beau en Bretagne. La maison, en cours de rénovation par les nouveaux propriétaires est agréable et était très propre. A conseiller

Séjour calme et reposant

Séjour très agréable dans une villa soignée et bien équipée. Une vue remarquable sur la mer et la côte dont la proximité est appréciable (150m environ) ainsi que le plage et le sentier de randonnée. Piscine très bien sécurisé pour les enfants et chauffée même l'hiver. Endroit très calme et reposant.
