Terrific family stay

We had a blast in this house. If you're looking for a family-oriented vacation, 4 min walk to the beach and local restaurants, this is it. Carmen, the host, was awesome. The pool was clean and quite convenient-. We definitely recommend this property. Ruben

Location is everything

Location, location, location. This is the most important thing about this Villa. It is within two minutes of the beach, Small supermarket is opposite, bars and restaurants abound. It is an older style Villa in immaculate condition that is also exceptionally well equipped. The property is set back from the road and has very quiet and peaceful grounds. The pool is shaded so is cool and refreshing. The host Carmen was particularly accommodating. Private secure parking on the property was also very good.

Lovely relaxing stay in a well looked after villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carmen made us feel most welcome and had ensured everything was ready for our stay, she kindly left some toys for our sons to play with for our duration of our trip which was incredibly thoughtful. The villa was clean, well stocked (very rarely do you stay somewhere that has enough washing up liquid, bin liners and toilet rolls for your entire stay but Carmen had thought of everything) and the beds were comfortable with plenty of bed linen and towels. The location of the villa was perfect with being close to the beach and near to restaurants but also set back enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again we had a lovely holiday and it was relaxing knowing the swimming pool was fenced off as we had two young children with us. Our children also enjoyed the garden as there was plenty of space to run around. Thank you Carmen for looking after us so well and we hope to stay again with you in the near future.

Una casa ideal

Una casa estupenda. No faltaba de nada y lo mejor la ubicación, al lado de la playa y de restaurantes, comercios etc pero en la casa no se escucha nada, ideal para descansar. Destacar la atención de la propietaria para tener todo perfecto y estar pendiente de los detalles. Muchas gracias Carmen .

Estancia idílica

Carmen es una anfitriona excelente, ella y su marido nos recibieron con gran amabilidad y Carmen tuvo el detalle de prepararnos un bizcocho casero. Estuvo pendiente durante nuestra estancia que todo saliese perfecto y nos ayudó a solventar un problema que nos surgió con internet. Perfect gelegen authentieke villa

Genial la casa, la ubicacion y Carmen la propietaria

He pasado 14 d'ias con mi familia y todo ha estado genial. La casa hiper limpia, sin faltarle ni un solo detalle, incluso el bizcocho de bienvenida de Carmen que estaba buenisimo. Carmen ha estado atenta en todo momento a cualquier cosa que nos pudiera faltar, pero la verdad es que no ha sido ni necesario porque todo estaba perfecto. La casa es hiper comoda y la piscina con el jardin un plus total. Carmen muchas gracias por una estad'ia que era justamente lo que buscabamos para disfrutar de la familia, tranquilidad y la playa que esta a escasos metros. Ademas no le faltan supermercados cerca para comprar, y mucha oferta de restaurantes de todo tipo. Geniales vacaciones.

Muy buena estancia para disfrutar La Barrosa

La casa es muy buena, tiene tres habitaciones dobles, salón muy agradable y cocina equipada. El jardín es precioso, muy amplio y cuidado. La piscina una maravilla y lo mejor de todo el acceso a la playa, a 5 minutos andando. Carmen, su propietaria súper amable y con ganas de que todo este perfecto para que la estancia sea agradable.

El valor de los pequeños detalles

La anfitriona, Carmen, nos ha tratado excelentemente y la casa cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. Un lugar para descansar y disfrutar plácidamente; a un paso de la playa, con supermercados, restaurantes y lugares a visitar sin parangón (a "descubrir", la tumba de Hércules en la isla de Sancti Petri, ya sea en kayak o barco). P.S. El detalle del bizcocho de canela, insuperable.

Ein Traum

Wir haben Anfang Oktober 2019 zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr fahren. Nicht nur das Haus ist etwas Besonderes, auch die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen liebenswürdig. Wir wurden persönlich mit einem Kuchen begrüßt und uns wurde alles detailliert erklärt und es wurden uns hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Theoretisch hätten wir uns bei Problemen jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden können, aber Probleme gab es keine. Das Haus ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet, selbst für Strandtücher ist gesorgt. Die Bilder werden dem Haus gar nicht gerecht. Alles ist in der Realität noch schöner. Jeden Tag haben wir neue kleine Details am Haus entdeckt, alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Meer und Strand ist sehr nah, trotzdem wurde auch der tolle sehr saubere Pool von uns täglich genutzt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen wollen und haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Es hat für uns nicht wie ein Ferienhaus, sondern wie ein zweites zuhause angefühlt. Ein absolut besonderer Wohlfühlort.

Fabulous villa

Everything about our holiday at this villa was great. Communication with Carmen through Home and Away before the trip and then directly with Carmen during the trip was easy. The location of the villa was perfect, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurant. The villa was everything we hoped for: comfortable and with all we would need. The garden, bbq area and the pool were great. A very big thank you to Carmen, we hope to be back again.

Super gepflegte Finca mit schönem Garten und Pool (ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, weil durch einen Zaun eingegrenzt). Der Strand ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Carmen ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die mit Rat gerne zur Seite steht. Gerne wieder!

Eine perfekter Urlaub!

Es fehlte an nichts! Vielen Dank an Carmen und Rafael, mit denen wir einen wunderbaren Kontakt hatten- und viele Grüße an Rita! Ein Haus, in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann und unaufdringliche, herzliche und absolut hilfsbereite Vermieter. Im Haus vermisst man gar nichts und wir waren besonders dankbar für die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern!! Geräte sind alle tipptopp- insbesondere der Ofen😉. Ein absolutes Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Danke auch für die Hilfestellung beim Rücktransport- hat alles super geklappt👍. Was bleibt, ist der Wunsch wiederzukommen- bis bald und herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland- wir sehen uns wieder! Liebevoll eingerichtetes Wohlfühlhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Carmen und Rafael haben uns bestens betreut und es fehlte an nichts. Garten, Pool und Ausstattung waren top. Auch der kurze Weg zum Strand und die Leihstühlchen trugen zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Auch nach einer Woche haben wir noch liebevolle Details im Haus entdeckt. Absoluter Wohlfühlort, an den wir sicher zurückkehren, dann für länger!

Fantastic, lovely, peaceful, comfortable and clean villa with great garden and pool.

We loved this villa which was close to the beach and had everything we needed. We received a very warm welcome from Carmen and Rafael who met us when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and visit - the walnut cake was also amazing! The villa, garden and pool were even nicer than seen in the photos and little additions made available, like beach chairs, beach towels, toiletries etc were so helpful. There was a small supermarket and cafes a few minutes away and larger supermarkets about 8 minutes drive away. We loved the ice cream shop just a few minutes away from the villa. The beach was amazing and although looked busy there was always loads of room to sit. We ate at some of the local restaraunts end enjoyed drinks at local bars - again all within a few minutes walk from the villa. Although it was busy at the front of the house, a parking space is provided. We loved being able to sit out on the back porch watching all the birds in the garden - so peaceful. We loved all the little details in the house and could not have asked for more. This was a fantastic villa and we would highly recommend it!

De ensueño...

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en familia perfectas en La Sabina. La casa es idílica, con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar, cuidada al detalle y decorada con muchísimo gusto. Es tan acogedora que te hace sentir como que estuvieras en tu propia casa. El porche es ideal para las comidas y las cenas con el sonido de los pájaros de fondo, la piscina... todo perfecto. Su ubicación es ideal, a 3 minutos de la playa y del paseo con sus terracitas para tomarte algo mirando al mar, en una zona tranquila y familiar. Y para Carmen, su propietaria, mis mejores palabras, te hace sentir que la conocieras de siempre, cercana, familiar... sencillamente encantadora. Desde luego que no ha podido ser mejor, el año que viene volveremos!
