The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in common areas, and a washing machine. A cot is also available.
Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a heated pool, garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The pool is heated seasonally (October to May) depending on weather conditions and remains uncovered during summer months.
There are 4 shared parking spaces on the property, plus a free charging station for one electric car. Only one pet (max 15 kg) is allowed for an additional fee. If this rule is not followed, the booking will be cancelled. Parties are not permitted. The property is step-free inside. There is a CCTV camera in the parking area.
