Great views, accurate pictures.Unit was dated and needs updating. You are paying for the view and the beach, both were spectacular. Host was easy to communicate with. We had a few issues that should have been corrected prior to arrival. The issues were corrected in a timely fashion once they were brought to hosts attention. Location felt safe and secure with coded gate and building entrance.

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf and the property is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants on Stickney Point Rd. The condo had everything we needed and especially loved that we didn't have to carry beach chairs as they are set up by the staff.

We have been visiting Crescent Arms for years and have never been disappointed. The water is so calm here too! Private beaches are great if you want to stay away from the crowds!

Great Location

As listed. Check in was a touch confusing but host was quick to walk us through it. Place was all you need if you there for the beach, the view was amazing. Ealking distance to eats and shopping was nice as well as traffic on the island was heavy. We'd stay here again!
